Name:
Angela (Angel) Foster

Age:
16

General Appearance:
Angela is slender, yet lean and toned from her years of living on the streets. She's a shorter height of 5'4, which tends to be a sore spot for her and more of a reason to prove herself to not be a weakling. Her blonde hair is long and tends to get her face more than she would like and her blue eyes are piercing enough to stop someone dead in their tracks.

Talents:
She's very flexible and has very good endurance. Her years of living on the streets has lead her to know her way around the city like the back of her hand and has given her skills to survive may situations. She also has a habit of parkouring up buildings and structures to get herself out of troublesome situations (or even just for fun sometimes).

Biography:

Angel feels less attachment to her birth parents than that of an animal born in the wild. She was born and right after was given up to child services to be put into Foster care. Having never met her parents she feels nothing toward them, though clearly holds a bit of bitterness about it. In total, she has had five different foster families, though one stuck out the most to her. The last family she had was a good one. She moved in with them at the young age of ten and stayed with them for a few years. They were very kind to her and had seemed to love her. They were supposedly unable to have children of their own and so had become Foster parents, treating Angel as though she were a princess. Angel was so sure she finally had the perfect family she had been looking for her whole life and that, perhaps, they might eventually adopt her as their own daughter.

Yet, three years after she started living with this family, everything changed. The woman that was her foster mother became pregnant. Angel was so excited at first, thinking that, should they adopt her, she would have a little brother or sister. Yet, during the pregnancy, Angel slowly began seeing changes in the way she was treated. She was often left out of normal family activities, being left at home while the man and woman went out baby shopping. She wasn't allowed to call the baby her 'little brother or sister'. And even the ways they look at her or spoke her were resentful, as though they now regretted ever taking her in as a foster child now that they had their so called 'miracle baby'.

Then, later on in the pregnancy, the man and woman called her into the living room for a family meeting. Much to Angel's shocked and terrified surprise, they were sending her back to the Foster Care system the next day, where she would be placed with a new family. Hurt and feeling betrayed, scared of going back to the horrors of the system, she ran away that night, never returning to that family. Living on the streets, she found a street gang that called themselves the "Junk Yard Dogs." Their leader took her in and showed her the ropes, and is now currently one of the most talented and useful members in this gang.
