The Ottomans are no more. The super-alliance of Japan, Russia, Germany, and Siam has been undergoing issues, however. Russia, the "significant other" superpower of Japan, has recently become Hostile towards them, due to Japan's refusal to succumb to the Ottomans' attempts at peace. Russia couldn't tell that, had peace been accepted, the Ottomans would have spent the next five years developing a massive store of nuclear weapons to wipe out Japan after the peace treaty ended. The only option that remained was to wipe the Ottomans off of the face of the Earth. Siam remains Guarded in their stance in the alliance, yet still prove to be valuable for commerce and world matters. Germany, the weakest of the alliance, remains Friendly to Japan, despite recent border issues. However, should war break out between the newly Hostile Russia and the father nation, Japan, this Friendship would not have much of an effect. The leaders of Japan have launched a project to turn both Russia and Siam to become Friendly, mainly through trade and returning cites the Ottomans had formerly captured. Another update, soon to come.
