DC ULTIMATE EARTH-3
This is a different earth than that which we know of. West is east and east is west. There are no supermen, or batmen. There is no Justice League. The world has no concept of superhumans.....yet.
But an alien rocket crash lands in Kansas, and a childhood is lost to an alley in Gotham City. Lightning will strike in Central City. Amazons will come from Themyscera. Crime will become dominant.

2. This is an Earth-3 setting. Superman, Bats, they don't exist. Take an existing DC villain & hero and trade morality IE Ultraman or Owlman.
3. Keep it PG-13.
4. No Godmodding.
5. Don't kill another player's character without prior permission
