Florence

Name: Florence Marivau

Age: 40

Gender: Female.

Race: Non Enhanced Hume.

Former Allegiance: None, born and raised on the outskirts of territory.

Role: Medic

Personality:

She is compassionate towards almost everyone. Except the godchildren who she learned about through tales. She can't stand those who destroy instead of living. This lack of caring extends to those following those godchildren. Her disgust is hidden, yet shrown through her actions when operating as a medic.

In her line of profession it is easy to have high hopes stripped down. She is not an optimistic person. Opting instead to not raise hopes to have them taken away.

Despite this she is a very fun-loving Hume who enjoys contact with others as much as her time alone on the open lands. Often she recounts games of her childhood and recounts them when visiting other tribes of Hume's.

Physical Description:

Picture is a wip. She stands at the average height for a female Hume at 5'4". She has a tendency to Forget to change her outfit and can bee seen wearing the same thing, over and over again. Upon her back almost always is her rupsack.

History: She was born and Raised along the dusts of society, between the unexplored and explored territories. Her parents belonged to a rather nomadic tribe fleeing the reign of terror Zephrot's followers placed upon Humes. They covered vast distances in her childhood, from a young age she learned how not to become attached to stuff. Their constant movement determined they only took what they could carry upon their selves. Shelters were carried by domestic Ogult who regulated speed in which their migration paced. Taught how to seek out Liol for the safety of light if lost and how to avoid rampaging Omnivats if left without weapons or safety. When she was only a child she first saw one of the light bugs. The bioluminescient creatures which sparled like the stars although they didn't hide like them during the day. The greatest nightlights who's glow in the jar near her bed saved her life a few too many times than she would care to admit.

The tribe became more settled in her early twenties. Specifically when they reached a small grove of the barren land in which they could easily trade for materials in which they risked lives to obtain elsewhere. She only learnt of the other god children from her encounters with others. Surviving mainly off of the small scale domestication and herding of above ground animals her tribe of Hume's would often scavenge the remains of machines for scrap parts and wiring. Over her years in the desert she learnt ways to heal wounds without all the fancy gizmos and/or thingamajigs that took up energy and were prone, due to lack of proper maintenance, to break and cause further injury. Which she was not very fond of. She was fond of the vast sands rolling under her feet as she ran, the lack of life or in contrast the abundance of life which saw giant animals traveling together with flocks of avians above in their own journey across the sands.

As he grew older she saw less and less use for the constant settle and move. Instead of trying to both stay and leave she choose to constantly roam the lands as a scavenger and a sort of freelance medic. In her work, she has made plenty of friends across the desert. Over her years roaming she encounter more of the other species and soon grew attached to a certain tribe of nomads and stuck with them.

When news of the Sixth Child's Awakening finnaly reached her she could only hope to finnaly meet one of the great beings who she had heard so much about. The calling to better know the world was a deep motivator for her journey to the Lotus Mirage. As a better understanding is all she could hope for of this strange and wonderfully world. After passing the trials through her skills is is anxious to meet this new God child. Hoping this one could give her a different view on them as a whole.

Skills: List 3 only
  • Healer Florence is a medic, and in such is experience and quite good at healing wounds. Along with that comes surgery, to which she knows most of Hume biology but not much of other's internals. Due to lack of experience with them.
  • Herbology Next to pure Medicinal practices comes the medicine itself. She is skilled at scavenging for herbs and other plants which work as better substitutions to Modern drugs.
  • Spearman Florence, even as a more background type person has gotten into snuffles in her days. Equipped with her trusty spear she can play both a safe defense and a median ranges offense.

Absolver Tech:

  • Slot 1 Primary - A Shity Shooty thing, at least that is what she calls it. Its a worn and very much unused price of technology that is capabale, if it was to actual be maintained properly, of releasing multiple waves of disabilitating shots at once. As it has been not maintained to highest quality she does not use it unless it is her last option. Believing rather that she doesn't need such tech to survive.
  • Slot 2 - Due to her upbringing, location, and lack of access to power "Thingamajigs" she doesnt have any other Absolver tech.
  • Slot 3 - Same as above.

Equipment & Accessories:

Her true "primary" weapon, a long spear with a replaceable head made of scaveldged.metal parts. Forged in flames by a craftsman who owded his life to her. It'd overall legtn can be halved and stored safely in her rupsack. (Though its sharp pokey part sticks out the top and usual holds her lantern.

Her trusty rupsack is the second most important equipment she has. Storing basic nesscesities along with heavy medical supplies she has either found or bought. Wraps and bandages. A small container full of pain releaving leaves from an
Normal medic stuff really.

Miscellaneous:
She is very mistrusting and prefers her handy work than that of most others. Breaking her trust is one of the worse things to do.

The Sixth Child's Gift: A glass Jar with a freshly caught group of Glowbugs in it. It glows quite brightly and while small, the jar itself, served as her lantern for some time.

Name: Glen Chapmente

Age: 15

Race: Human

Fears: Rodents, and rabbits. The small creatures that many find adorable freak him out. Though with the current situation of the world he are slowly getting over his fear of rats and mice.

Description: He is 5'6" and still growing as he often says mostly when he was teased for his short stature for boys his age. Which doesn't say much. When compared, he easily iss shorter than his father and as tall as his mother once was. Though he hadn't seen them in the time at which he grew to this height. [pictures and such allowed and encouraged but not normally as a complete replacement for a description. ]

Magic: Enhanced crafting magic, well at least a little of it. Which means he can improve upon and/or create perfect, for a child's work, items and weapons. His hammer, main combat weapon, is a sort of extension on this as he always practice making it a better and better hammer. This ability to make near flawless items during his crafting is affected by the child's confidence in the task and his emotional stability. The less confident/ more emotionally unstable he is, the less flawless his work is.

Weapon of choice: A hammer, that while not quite as long as his body, is quite large and often slugged around on the child's side belt. On one side it is a sharp point and the other a broad head. While the sharp point is good for stabbing things to full effect, the broad side can also be used to smash or bang things. The hammer itself isn't that heavy nor large so he can actually swing it about, though building up enough momentum to do substantial damage can be challenging.

Skills: Craftsmanship or tinkering. He can usually fix stuff if he can figure out how it works first. Even a bit of lock picking if the materials for such a task are available at the time. He doesn't really store the things to do this on the regular.

Background: [ Why are you here, what happened to make you follow a children's story into a ruin of myth? ]

Ethodi

"I do love how they run... as if they could climb the walls as I do. Wasting their strength now is better for me though."

From the waist up, Ethodi looked roughly humanoid enough, the draping fabrics that hung, hid the scaled pattern that traced its way up, fading into skin as it reached the arms and face. Ventral scales carried up the torso and neck thinning out as it reached her chin. Her face was uncannily human in appearance, with large glossy reddish orange eyes, a thin straight nose and darken scales that mimicked freckles across her cheek bones. Thick straight hair was braided thoroughly and pinned up elaborately as to not drag when laying. With grace her hands swirled as she twisted around. Resting upon her own lumped up long body of scales she tastes the air with forked tongue looking for her next meal or a warm spot to rest.
Age:
Roughly 28-30 in human standards.

Gender:
Female

Appearance:
A Naga thru and thru, Ethodi posses a main body of a serpent that fuses near it's head into that which mimics as a human's body. She posses two freed limbs and grasping hands, of which lack most to any scales. Continuing along her entire body is a trail of ventral scales, which of solid darkened color are hardy and tough. This includes trailing up her sudo torso and ending just below her chin and jaw, along her to travel fully horizontally across surfaces if she must. Her normal scales face out to skin around what would be the waist on her sudo torso and form a convenient place for attaching bag straps. There is little real change in size of the body between segments, with the real anatomical changes coming from the arms a bit further up.

Her anatomy is generally snake-like, with ribs running down the length of her body to support the toned muscles underneath. While her torso mimics that of a humanoid species, it containers little more than large lungs and the beginning of the digestive tract. While the size of the neck which holds up the head may seem to be a restriction in meal size, due to the lack of otherwise purpose it contains few structures and is made entirely of stretchy skin. It's short length also helps in that endeavor. Her jaw holds an adequate amount of teeth but two long retractable fangs take prominence, much of her face including her mouth is always covered in a sheer of fabric attached to her elaborate hairdo.

In mimicry with local humans Ethodi wears a light colored chiton closed at the shoulders with golden rings and together around the waist with a braided rope tied to the side of which most easily hung open. It drapes loosely across the torso, and is gathered at both the shoulder points and the waist rope. At total size she measures 12 feet long, and standing, if one can use the term, upright at around 5'5. Around her waist is a small bag full of golden and silver coins.

scale pattern: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/common…

Power Descriptions:
Ethodi possesses a strong paralytic venom, though she is wary to utilize it. Along side this is improved sense through the ability to detect small changes in heat signatures and smell thought an utilizing her forked tongue and extra sensitive smell organ.

Skills:
Ethodi is as skilled at her crafts of the hunt as she is of the arts. Spending time patrolling her garden for intruders, lounging in the brisk Mediterranean style sun, playing instruments, and weaving. She has also done well in the art of reassurance and hypnosis, luring those in her company into a relaxed state, whether just to be kind or as a method of hunting.

Personality:
Ethodi is observant and sly, emotionally distant, but sweet and looking forever to find balance in all parts of herself. She often dotes upons those of her fancy, and of her prey, preferring those near her to be collected and calm.

Biography:
Having made a home from the ruins of an ancient palace, Ethodi now guards over her prized livestock and perfects her arts. Once a reckless child, she was an explorer in her youth, traveling far from her place of hatching and all others of her kind. Soon regarded as a monster by the local people's, she kept mostly to the outskirts of societies until stumbling one day upon the ruined palace and decrying it her home.

Likes:
She has grown quite fond the the livestock she now is caretaker over, their personalities too are nice to observe. Mahau and wine are some of her favorite drinks, though she is prone to sleeping fits from excessive consumption. She has also gotten into the habits of eating trespassers to her garden. Though there has not been much of either wine nor trespassers near her Palace in a long long time.
Dislikes:
Ethodi loathes fires, at least those that reign uncontrolled and with little care so that they rise smoke that smothers the clean air. She hates trespassers and liars most of anything with theifs running a close third.

Fears:
She shows little fear towards many creatures with exceptions towards large birds.
Weaknesses:
With a long unsegmented body with little natural armor outside of a thick sheen of scales, piercing weapons aimed properly can easily cause damage to her even if slashing weapons do little.
