Name: Tobias Wilcox

Appearence: Messy, unkempt straw-coloured hair adorns his head. His face is hard and angled, and his nose has clearly been broken once of twice in his life. He often wonders around in either a leather jacket or a black sweat top, underneath which he always wears a grubby white wife beater. Adorning his lower half are loose fitting cargo pants, and black army boots, which are oddly very clean.

Abilities & Skills/History: Tobias doesn't look like much but he's tough as nails. Bareknuckle boxs in gambling pits since a young age, Toby can take as much punishment as he can dish out, which is a lot. Eventually picked out for his talent by talent scouts, he was trained extensively in MMA and amateur wrestling before being used for big money fighting pits, where he became notorious for outright killing his opponents with nothing but the sheer strength of his punches, though occasionally he'd choke an opponent to death. He was also known to kill people outside of fights if they got in his way, and as such and police officer who knew about him was too scared to arrest him.

Appearamce: Gray Brioni Vanquish suit. Custom tailored with both fashion and tactical applications in mind. The Jacket's inner lining includes a new body armor that prevents blades from cutting the wearer but still inflicting blunt force trauma. It has minimal effect on most projectiles, reducing the damage they inflict by only a small percentage. Sewn in between the inner and outer layers of the jacket is a thermal shield. Several additional tactical pockets are included in both the jacket and pants. The back of his shirt contains a functional quiver inlay.
Abilities & Skills:
Master Marksman: The Accountant has keen eyesight that makes his accuracy virtually perfect. His training began as a mere boy and continued on for the entirety of his life. He is unerring with all types of bows, guns, and thrown or improvised weapons. Anything that requires aim is his specialty. With bows he is able to fire a few shots in a mere couple seconds, hitting multiple targets with a few quick strokes, and the smallest of objects from great distances. He has literally never been known to miss. He is even adept at bank/ricochet shots.

Peak Human Condition: His body functions at a level above the average Olympic athlete. Strength, speed, and stamina are all normal for someone of his build and age who goes through intense daily training. His arm and back muscles are particularly strong from the high draw strength required for his bows.

Exceptional Acrobat: He is able to perform complex aerial maneuvers thanks to not only his training, but his exceptional agility and great reflexes.

Martial Artist: Having been trained in various forms of martial arts he is an excellent hand to hand fighter.

Equipment: Briefcase, Customized bow that folds neatly into the briefcase, Custom quiver and arrows with various heads. Some simply offer more piercing power than the normal, some are explosive, incendiary, and flare.
