So, lately I’ve been considering the concept for an Elder Scrolls Roleplay. Initially, I had considered one centered around the Skyrim Civil War. However, this was discouraged when someone stated to me that people would be more focused on debating who was right between the Empire and Stormcloaks, rather than actually carrying out the story. Putting it bluntly, I felt like within one week of its creation, the IC count would be at maybe 10 posts, and the OOC count would be pushing nearly forty to fifty posts of debate.
So I squashed that idea.
Then I thought, “Hey, what about the Great War between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion...”
And so here we are.

In this Roleplay, players will create a single character. While there will be diversity, there will also be restrictions. Let me firstly clarify that all characters will mandatorily be members of the Imperial Legion. No negotiation, no sob stories, no complaints.
The whole theme of this Roleplay will be following the untold stories of the soldiers of the Legion in the war against the Thalmor. Players will create their own custom character, a recently sworn in Legion soldier, and live out the bloodiest battles of the Great War.
Right now, I’m primarily focused on gathering interest and assembling a collective of people interested in this concept.
We can then begin discussing more in-depth details and plot-arcs such as what battles to act out, character development events, if we should introduce thick amounts of canon material and characters or not, and so on.
