Once appointed General he formed a task force of the best Navy Crewman he could assemble, this task force has one mission. Hunting pirates. The task force has been dubbed “The 99 Crew”. The 99 award is a number badge that is awarded to Navy crewmen who have successfully captured 99 pirates or rebels. Aurthur is the only active member with this award.
