Hey guys! I have finally worked up the courage to make my first post in this cool looking thread. So apologies if my attempt wasn't orthodox. In hindsight, I should have read other requests but I have a terrible case of finding a solution after the damage is done. But onto the prompt.

So this is a very special idea for me, and a bit of an experiment to push me to my linguistic limits, and I was hoping to find someone who's confident in her skills to match or outdo me. So the idea is that we will write a fantasy story but every dialogue should sound mediaeval. That means "cash" is "coin", "you" is "Thou" and "magic" will be referred to as several names including "witchcraft". That doesn't mean we'll have accurate historical ideologies thou, something that I will discuss further in the next paragraph.

As for the story, it is that of a young man of a mysterious past who takes care to protect caravans that travel the desert using his ice skills, which causes him an unexplainable headache the more he used them at a time. I chose to keep the story vague to allow you, dear reader, to freely come up with your character: that means you can be a villager yourself, a newcomer, the very doctor of the village or anyone, really. If you're interested and are willing to relish the challenge, feel free to pitch in! Though if you were interested yet you weren't confident about the classic English bit, then I'm sure I can arrange something as well.
