I don’t think I have to list any rules and what not. I do think everyone’s read enough to know what is expected of him or her. The only request I have is that I tend to stick to high-casual to advance standard story lines. In short, give my quality, and I’ll love you forever.
Below is a brief summary of the idea. Due to it still being in the infant stages of thought, I'd love to have my partner help collaborate with me on this.

The infinity loop. Existing in both seeable and unseeable mediums, it flows all around us. While many mistake supernatural occurrences as magic, those that have the sight can see that what appears to be magic is far more complex and tangible.
Scattered throughout every city — existing within every living thing. When something dies, the energy left behind disperses and absorbs into the environment where its owner drew last breath. When energy is expanded, what has been used recycles and transforms into another usable energy. Regardless of where it comes from or what it ends up as, energy is conserved and reused. Thus is the principle of the infinity loop.
For those able to see its brilliant aura radiating from living organisms, vehicles, and everything in nature, ways to mold the energy and create brilliant unexplainable phenomenons were soon learned. From the creation of things to sensual experiences, the infinity loop was used for entertainment and art. However, like all things, everything starting out in the name of progress turned into an instrument and destruction.
Those gifted with the sight were not discriminated in the eyes of the infinity loop. Ill-intentioned individuals soon transformed the energy to aid them in nefarious actions. Dozens died as their energy was sucked from them to fuel great explosions, petty criminal acts, and relentlessly utilized by criminal organizations who forced those with the sight into their ranks. The world power’s relationships worsened when those with the sight integrated into their country’s military. For a time, the world stood on the brink of unrestricted war.
The world was near breaking point until the UN was able to broker a compromise. Invokers, the name officially given to those with the ability to see the Infinity Loop, were to be segregated and kept under guard of the OISC, the Oversight Invoker Suppression Committee. Each were to be given an identity number and were placed under heavy restrictions. New, harsher rights were given to Invokers in lieu of a normal citizen. Out of fear, the sub-human mindset resurfaced yet again contrary to what humanity had learned in past conflicts.
Normality soon came to the world as a new barbarism took its place. Propaganda spoke of equal treatment to Invokers, but the truth behind the closed doors of OISC centers told an opposite story. While many Invokers submitted to the will of the OISC, there are those who value their freedom. Though the UN’s forces tirelessly hunts them down, the OISC’s goal for total control has not seen through to fruition.
Unbeknownst to the world, an deep hatred brews; a revolution draws near. Such is the consequence and demands of the Infinity Loop.
