[OOC] The District of the Fallen (Hunger Games Spin-off)

‘The District of the Fallen’
Inspired by a Hunger Games spin-off story I read somewhere on the internet

What if the fallen tributes of the 74th Hunger Games were not actually dead, but instead revived and sent to the District for the Fallen, or the ‘Fallen District’. Those who were killed in battle or had died of hunger or thirst were taken by the hover crafts and revived using the Capital’s technology.
The fallen tributes are not permitted to return home or see their loved ones, as this district is kept a secret from President Snow. The medics in the capital created this out of symphony for the poor souls that were killed, giving them a chance to start a new life. The tributes of the 74th Hunger Games (minus Katniss and Peeta) are the first to arrive at the new district. What could go wrong?

This RP will include some original characters from the Hunger Games, as well as new characters that can be created.

Death: Clove was killed during the Feast, when she was pulled off of Katniss by Thresh and had her skull bashed in with a rock.

Other information: Clove, a quiet and reserved girl was forced to train and volunteer by her dad. She was brought up as a ruthless killer and trained all of her life to be a tribute, excelling in knife throwing. Her dad was harsh and pushed her to continue training no matter what the circumstances were, even when her younger brother was killed by a pack of blood thirsty tributes-in-training. Going into the Games, Clove didn't have much to lose, as her brother was gone and her dad was only using her for his own greed. Her strategy during the Hunger Games was to appear as a psychopath, hoping to make the Games interesting and earn herself sponsors. Her plan backfired when she seemed to lose herself in the arena, becoming twisted and cruel. Clove wishes Cato was there to save her before Thresh killed her.
