Waking up in the same horribly uncomfortable place he had decided to take a nap, Loki groaned, He knew that his actions had left him having nowhere comfortable to sleep.
Though really as much as sleeping on somewhere that wasn't the best place to rest made him cranky, he didn't care about that as much as he did his plans. Loki was already planning new things to get back at the Avengers.

The god of mischief was rather angry, he hated always losing to the Avengers, it was getting rather bothersome. For once he wanted to win. He wondered if he should take over Clint's mind again, even if it served no purpose in end, it could just be fun. Though he knew he could use that as a plan to find out what the Avengers were up to. His hands gripped tightly around his staff. What ever happened Loki knew that he needed to win for once, he still dreamed of taking over earth.

Smirking the god of mischief wondered if he could beat down Clint enough to get him to submit to him. The idea was quite amusing to the god of mischief.
Loki tried to remember where Clint lived, he wasn't quite sure. The god then closed his eyes, thinking if he remembered from the last time he had taken over Clint's mind, he had learned a lot during that time.
He really couldn't seem to focus on anything much but taking down Clint. When Loki remembered where the man lived he took off there, his eyes seemed full of rage.

"Barton!!" He snarled. Loki was standing outside his door. He wondered if the man would open the door or whether Loki would have to destroy it, not giving him a chance to answer, Loki growled and used his staff to destroy the door, he smirked when the door fell to pieces, he didn't really care if he had destroyed the door. He was Loki anyways. Loki stormed into Clint's place, staff was still in hand, he smirked evilly. He knew that Clint would not be pleased to see him.

Victory left a markedly stale taste in your mouth when you were part of the reason that you ended up having some massive fight against an alien race. Without Natasha there, he was sure things would've ended badly. For him, probably. Fury wasn't above having people killed, after all. And Clint knew, no matter what Nat had told him time and time again, he was not the biggest asset in the team. He wasn't even particularly 'super'.

'Super' was Nat and Cap, with the serum. The Hulk with Gamma radiation. Tony with ridiculous amounts of technology and that core in his chest. Thor, he was a god! That's what Clint had to match up to. A regular guy with a bow and arrow, just waiting to use what was basically two decades of training in archery and otherwise. Theft, showmanship, among other things. It wasn't like that was a problem, he didn't really need to use those anymore, but they were still skills, ones he knew hadn't gone off despite regular use.

Loki was still a sore spot with Clint - they didn't talk much about Loki, but there was plenty of talk as to how best to avoid... that kind of mind control. Never mentioning names. Clint wasn't sure he appreciated the handicap it seemed to provide. His apartment wasn't exactly a place he expected to be disturbed. At least, not by anyone but his neighbors. It was that first shout of his name that alerted Clint what was going on. Who it was outside his door. He didn't need to think twice about who that voice belonged to either.

He was up, and heading for his bow - which did not have arrows stored nearby, of course, because getting attacked at his apartment didn't really happen, and he never really had to worry about it - when the door was blasted in. No. Clint wasn't happy to see him at all. In fact, there was a deep sense of resentment, of hate even, that Clint didn't often feel at the sight. But he stopped in his tracks. Exposing your back to Loki was asking for death.

Too bad it seemed it might have been pointing in that direction anyway. Good job, Barton.

Loki seemed to be enjoying the fact that he had gotten Clint frozen on the spot, telling somebody like Loki to go away was pointless, He wouldn't go away unless he wanted to. Of course right now Loki was far from wanting to go away. There was too much fun to be had, Clint was apart of one of his plans.
"Ah frozen in fear of me?" He mocked.

"Look either your going do what I say, Or I'm going to beat you down until you do." He sneered. He didn't care if he had to beat Clint up, it would still be fun for him. Loki had his hands tightly around his staff. He circled Clint and his eyes locked onto the man. His black hair seemed less tidy than it normally was, mainly because of the way he had been sleeping.
He knew that he looked like he hadn't been sleeping well, it was hard when things bothered him and when he didn;t have a comfortable place to sleep.

Though taking over earth was going to be worth it, his eyes were focused on Clint still, he pointed his staff at him, smirking evilly. It would be so easy for the god to kill Clint. He knew Clint was a pretty average guy bar his skills with the bow. But his friends weren't here to protect him and he was sure Clint could be easily hurt like any normal human.
"Wonder how much you can take, with your friends not here to protect you." he laughed darkly and the staff seemed ready to attack Clint with if was needed.

Loki laughed still "Or are you so scared you will just obey me,?" It was clear that Loki was trying to mock him and provoke him, really it was more fun if he could get Clint to fight back just a bit.
He grinned darkly waiting for the archer to do something.

That taunt was recognized, of course, for what it was. He'd taunted people, he'd been taunted. There was probably some kind of maneuver that could have gotten him out of a window. The fall would hurt, he wasn't sure he'd be able to get away one he did plummet the few flights of stairs. Which meant that he only let his eyes drift to the window.

Not close enough.
Not enough time.

Loki's state of wellness was the last thing Clint was thinking about. If he noticed it at all, it was in hopes that it was enough of a handicap that he could get out of this alive. "It takes a lot to scare me," he noted, as conversationally. Nothing was really in arm's reach to use as any kind of proper weapon. He had his share of experience with swords, but unsurprisingly those didn't just materialize out of thin air when you need them, did they?

The suggestion that Loki didn't plan to kill him wasn't any real reassurance. Death, Clint knew, meant pain normally stopped. The idea of Loki beating him down wasn't really tempting, either. Which meant he had two choices. Go for the bow, probably get zapped on the way, or try a fairly inexperienced hand at hand-to-hand combat. Never his forte. And probably get zapped that way too.

Naturally, an Avenger goes for their strength. Which meant Clint was turning and darting for his room, almost scrambling in order to get to that presently open door. Had he gotten in, had he thought it'd do him any good, he might've shut and locked the door. But that'd waste more time than it'd get him, so he opted for simply grabbing that bow - a sharp shake having it unfolding from the more compact form. His quiver was full, and he was nocking an arrow at what definitely looked and actually was random. In what was truly a stroke of really horrible luck, it was a cable arrow. Great for wrapping around things. Getting fired straight - as straight as he could - at Loki? Not his best bet.

"Ohh your not ? and don't think I'm so tired I can't take you down." Loki growled,He was getting rather impatient with him, surely Clint would give in after a good beating. He didn't seem to be obeying right now. He waited to see what Clint was doing. He did find the man rather foolish. He knew that he was a skilled magic user and wasn't a human so he could easily take down Clint. He knew that he had to be careful to not kill Clint as he needed him, but Loki was in a rage and not used to fighting humans and leaving them alive at least.

He had his staff pointed towards Clint, before the god could strike, Clint had taken off to the bedroom. He smirked evilly. "You can't escape me ," He warned him. He pointed his staff towards the bedroom door and destroyed it. He didn't care if he destroyed Clint's place, he was rather angry , his eyes were focused angrily on him.
"Come out and fight me!!" He snapped. He didn't think it was wise that Clint was turning his back on him either. Loki was clever and he knew that he could outsmart him.

Loki goes over and slammed Clint up against a wall, not giving him a chance to reach for his bow. "Going to give up now Clint,?" he punched the man in his stomach. He had ice formed in his hands next, he knew that he could do a lot of damage to Clint, He wasn't always careful. Loki just hoped he wouldn't take it too far in his rage.
"Your friends won't come and help you either!" he knew that his plans would probably not go so well if the others came, He smirked very darkly. He was sure been slammed to the wall would have hurt him.

"MMM wrong arrows too, not so lucky are you." he laughed darkly. The god of mischief wasn't ready to give up at all. Loki stabbed Clint in his arm with the end of the staff.
