Strange lights in the sky covering people in glowing energy, people rising from their graves, literally, or waking up in the Morgue after being presumed dead. People having visions and even weirder things. For the past twenty years, some vigilantes and bizarre criminals have begun to act as if they were highly functioning, intelligent people off their medications. Some have turned to crime fighting, and others have turned to criminal activities. All of these people have one thing in common, extreme competence.
When they saw what happened with the weird things around the world, the people beginning to develop strange powers, such as immense strength, the power to heal themselves rapidly from a purely dead state, and even the power to command natural and artificial energy sources, among many other things, they formed themselves into a large organization, and have begun to monitor the activities of these once ordinary people with great power, both the good and bad.
