Not a single one, of course. This one is a pure as they come. This one does not succumb to any affliction enemy induced or otherwise. This one will fill you with eternal harmonies of Grace and Mercies from the power vested within. This one is a Guardian Angel; an ArchAngel no longer.
Level of Glow:
This one has held the lantern to light the pathway home to the Lost and Pitiful. This one has held the blade of righteousness at the throats of the Fallen and the Merciless. This one's glow is what the mortals see in reverie and revelation. This one has the aura of goodness; this one has a halo and it will burn away all shadow and any doubt.
Ability to Blend:
Wings may be hidden, but a halo?! Never. This light will burn for eternity and though it may be dulled to that of candlelight, it may never be extinguished! Ever. For this cloak that this one wears may sound of tinkling glass as this one walks, but that is the mirrors lined therein; it will keep the light returned at this body. And always will you see this one comfortably holding a lantern to absorb what light may pass from neath the cloak.

She does not realize that her light, her halo is fading for whether due to denial or not, she sees her wings as the marker of her strength; she has not yet lost a single plume and they are still immaculate, fluffy and strong.
She is contaminated, but her denial is greater than most. She is becoming less righteous and more kind and sweet and actually enjoying it. She holds disdain to all the 'dark' members of the carnival, but that has become a front; she loves them all and just can't help it. That is her contamination: her Righteous Mercy is now just mercy for happiness.
Biography & How You Came to be a Member of The Carnival?:
A story then? Very well. Here it is:
When it began, the angel could not tell you for she herself did not know. But there was a Kingdom, a vast and powerful one. The beings were ones of Righteous Light, warriors and guardians against those below; enemies were the one made of Kneeling Darkness. They were at war for something that only the ancient of Ancients would know; The Truths and Lies.
This angel was a simple one, a female one, and yet still so promising. She knew her name and as she evolved, and shed her lantern and it became a sword. All others knew her name then. And so the war continued and this angel, a simple one, a female one, rose in rank, power and station; she knew the Light. The power was well received and she was hailed as a heroine and revered as a leader.
And the day came when this angel, this simple and female angel shed the simplicity and femaleness and became an Archangel. Oh ecstasy and joy!
But along the way, this now Archangel had fallen in love. With another angel, a simple and very female one. That was not acceptable, and many knew, but it went unsaid. Their love flourished behind closed closet doors until the day the now Archangel accepted station and rank as an Archangel.
This now Archangel would have to choose a partner in the eternity left for them. The angel chosen would have to be at the station and rank of ArchAngel and would have to be very male. When the now Archangel told her beloved of this news, her beloved wept, for that is what this beloved was; a Weeping Angel to watch over the dead. And when the now Archangel told her beloved that, in this Kingdom, she had no choice but to bow to its whims, the Weeping Angel fled. Heartbroken now, the Weeping Angel fled to her station overlooking the graves of countless others. Apathy set in and she sealed herself off so that no other angel may find her. The Weeping Angel turned to stone.
The now ArchAngel did not like this. She spoke to the King about remedy; how to undo lost love. It said that the deed was done and the Laws of the Kingdom would yield to no single angel, Archangel or otherwise. The sum was greater than its parts afterall. She asked if there was any other way to remedy the situation. The King said only in a mortal world could it ever be solved, but there is a reason angels, the now Archangel included were immortals; petty, selfish situations are not worthy in this Kingdom. She asked if she could at least look for a remedy in the mortal world. The King said she would only be allowed into the mortal world to bid the Weeping Angel farewell. She bowed to the King. She was incapable of hatred and rage, oh but if she could know it, she would have felt it.
But then again, maybe she did feel something close to it... for that was the last time she, this now-Archangel, would ever bow to this King.
She flew to the mortal world and sounded out her trumpet for a being to hear her call for help. One that could feel her need, and know their way in the mortal world and help her find a soul within it, for only a mortal could break the stone prison walls of her beloved lost to her, the Weeping Angel.
A child was who she knew would be the one to hear the clarion sounds of an angel in need. Only an innocent child who saw through mirrors of wondrous ways and fanciful fantasy; one with a heart of gold, a mind of openness and spirit unbreakable. This child would help her find her beloved. A kind soul was the only soul that could find a lost soul.
Or so she thought.
It was not a brilliantly lovely and shiny eyed child that answered her call.
It was he, Mr. Seil. And as he stood there in the graveyard, he had parchment and some ink already waiting for her. She had a feather in her hair, an oh so special and beloved one. All she had to do, this former Archangel, was to sign in all the right spots.
And so she did.
By all Mercies, held, lost or otherwise, she did.

Bunnita your character is accepted, however with one thing in mind -
CeCi, has, unfortunately, some contamination - it doesn't have to change the way
she looks, she can appear as though she doesn't have any .However based off her whole character
sheet, she wouldn't be completely pure, she'd have the tiniest bit. But like you said, she's in denial
I am completing the first IC text and will post it once it is complete.
