[IC] The Girl in the shrine (LuckySpectre x Luna)

Marcus had recently moved into the area, he lived alone far from here and had returned due to his father falling ill. His father was a successful business man and offered to buy Marcus his own house if he moved back to see the family again, and Marcus agreed as he was applying to study there anyway. After the long move Marcus started to venture around and learn the layout of the town, estate but most importantly the forest behind his house.

"damn it.... i'm lost again" Marcus checked his phone, and it was around 4:00pm and his phone was running out of charge. "well all i can do is carry on walking to see where this leads". He followed the path forward until he found an old shrine, it was neglected, dirt and very traditional, and standing in the center was a smaller shrine, with two large doors. he pushed them open delicately and looked around, the natural light illuminated the room, but mostly the center, where a large wooden bed was, on this bed there was a statue emitting some light. When Marcus got closer he noticed that it wasn't a statue, but a living girl. "hello? hello?!" Marcus went to place his hand on the girls shoulder, "you alive?"

[Luna]

There was a strange glow around her, it was alight sky blue color that contracted against her beautiful form. She had long feathered like white hair that surround her form like a halo touching the side of her hips, she had inky black eyelashes that rested against her pale soft flawless skin that seemed very warm, it almost seemed like she was asleep. Furled against her back was thick white feathered wings that could be seen even from her laying down position. Peaking over her left shoulder what looked like sea blue markings of some kind making swirl like patterns vanishing from his view.

Under here were once white furs so by the way they were worn out that said that she had been here for a while since the shrine had been taken care of and looked like it could collapse in just minutes.

"excuse me ma'am" Marcus laid a hand on her shoulder and gave her a tiny shake, "excuse me, are you alright?" Marcus grabbed his phone and went to call an ambulance but it was out of battery, why no of all times?!. He sat down by the girl hoping she would wake up, "wakey wakey.... oh come on please wake up" he looked around the whole room, studying in intricate detail the whole shrine, it must have been abandoned for years, around one hundred at least. does this girl come here every now and then and sleep? those wings... they can't be real can they? Marcus stroked the wings, they felt real, every feather felt silky, and comforting. "are you an angel?"

[Luna]

The girl never stirred or did she move, she just laid there her eye closed. Her skin was cold and a little clammy since it was cold out but it was like she was dead, she looked like she was dead but there was still a heartbeat inside her but her chest did not move and she wasn't breathing. Her wings were warm against his fingers. There as a stone that had ancient reading on it hanging there just above the place she was laying.

He couldn't figure out what was happening, she couldn't have been in a coma, there was no medical equipment supporting her, and she seemed alone here. After a while Marcus noticed the a stone tablet with writings hanging above her, he studied it, running his fingers along the stone, feeling the bumps and grooves of the inscription. Trying to read the writing was difficult, it was rather old.

[Luna]

The building started to shake a little as one the pillars fell to the ground causing the roof to nearly collage right about her sleeping area. The candles that were lite inside the building blew out from the wind force that was created and the only light source in the room was the light blue glow that was around the girl, and it was leaking with power and it was a lot brighter now that the room was dark making her hair looked like blue as well as her wings.

"erm woops!" Marcus panicked the whole place started to rattle, "erm excuse me ma'am! we should go now! wakey wakey!" Marcus leaned of to he and placed his fingers on her throat, "you have a pulse wake up please!" he thought for a while, then decided that he had to carry her out of the shrine "i'm sorry about this, but i guess desperate times call for desperate measures" with that he slid one arm under her thighs and the other behind her neck and started to pick her up.

[Luna]

She felt very light and she fell limp against his chest. She had a pulse meaning that she was alive but she wasn't waking at all, the blue glow seem to get a little brighter and was leaking with power. Her lips were slightly parted to show her fresh white teeth behind her lips. Her skin was very soft and smooth with not a single hair on her legs against his hands.

He carried her out of the shrine and found a tree to sit down by, supporting himself as he slid down. The bark grazed his back causing a little bit of pain, "come on girl wake up for my..." he stared at the girl and started to think of all the fairy tails he had ever heard of. "this is so risky but what else can i do!" he sat there and contemplated his next move, he had to act wisely here, "here.. here goes nothing" Marcus leaned the girl up and closed his eyes damn this is cringey..... man this won't end well at all he placed his lips gently on hers, what was i thinking this is no fairy tail, if she wakes up she's going to think i am assaulting her damnit

[Luna]

The light blue surround her grew brighter until it suddenly exploded and it vanished like ti was never there. Her eyes stirred and opened revealing dark midnight blue eyes and she looked up at him her lips tingling. She slightly kissed him back before pulling back. "Who...who are you" she asked her voice was that of an angel and her eyes showed pure innocence.

"damnit!" Marcus pulled away "i am so sorry it is not what it looks like..... i was just" He helped her sit up right, "My name's Marcus, i found you in that old shrine over there, you were asleep and i couldn't wake you up and i though maybe if i kissed you some sort of spell would be broken and so forth" he felt so bad, and embarassed. Marcus looked into her eyes, "what was that just now? that light?"

[Luna]

"Light?" she asked confused before her eyes went wide. "I.I was sealed into a sleep.....when I was younger...." she said looking around the place they were. "All i remember is my father...then nothing...just blackness...." she said sitting up wincing from her movements she was making, since she hasn't move her body since who knows how long.

"erm i see...." Marcus had no clue on what to do, "do you have relatives nearby? if you would like i could take you to my house and you could borrow my phone?" if i ever find my way out of these damn woods, great lost, got caught kissing some girl who was asleep......... this day has been terrible. Marcus stood up and stretched a little, though carrying the girl took little to no effort, he still felt tired, "well then, if i can find a way out of here we can find your family, you could also get something to eat at my house" he smiled and extended his hand to her.

[Luna]

"I doubt my family would be alive at all...what year is it and what is a phone" she asked confused when he heard phone. She looked at him with furrow brow. "I never heard of such a thing...." she said as her stomach growled. "I could go for something to eat so...who knows how long it has been since I ate anything" she blushed hearing her stomach growling.

"erm, well the year is two thousand and fourteen, and a phone is a device that we use to communicate with others..... you've really been asleep a long time haven't you?" Marcus was rather confused, she had wings, was asleep for what must have been hundreds of years or more. "well the thing is... i am lost in here, i have no clue where to go" he sighed "but if we keep walking forward i am sure i will be able to find my way home" he smiled

[Luna]

"Well I was born in 1444 so I guess i have been sleeping a long time....I can always flight up and help since I have wings" she said her wings unfurling and refurling against her back looking at him with a small smile. "So what is your name my name is Ivy" she said

"erm wouldn't someone see you? and you have only just woken up... maybe we should just walk" 1444..... that was a long time ago, around 570 years ago... making her 570 in age, but she looked young still. "Marcus, Marcus Simpson" as he returned the smile, "well let's get walking, or else it will get dark soon" he began walking ahead hoping that Ivy would follow

[Luna]

She nodded sighing and she stood up stretching her stiff body wincing slightly before following after him. "So what has become of the world since I been asleep since I never seen clothing like that" she said motioning to his clothing. She was wearing only a robe like dress which was normal sleeping back when she was till awake 570 years ago. She could be seen looking as if she was 16 to 17 years of age.

"you've missed a lot, the rise in technology and change in society, historic moments in the world, fashion and so much more. The world is very much different from then, but it still has it's surprises that is for sure" Marcus didn't want to touch up on sensitive subjects like wars just yet or how there is inequality between races in some country or sexes in other countries, "food has changed a little too, lots of packaged objects and sweet foods, there's a lot you have yet to experience" He finally saw a recognizable tree that he remembered seeing near the entrance, they were almost out already, "ahh i think i know where i am, you alright walking the rest of the way?" he noticed that she had been wincing a little

[Luna]

"Y yes a little I just need to get used to moving my body again" he said wincing one again when she took another step. She looked forwards. "The world really sounds different....I am very interested to learn about the world and what is it today, maybe its better than the time I was living in before I was put to sleep for my protection" she said softly.
