Liked the Thor movies? Ever wanted to be in their realm of Asgard? I definently did! Come with other people in the Nine Realms in the world of Thor. Live as an Asgardian, Vanir God, Light Elf, Human, Frost/Fire Giant, Dark Elf, or Dwarf.You can play as any canon character from the Thor or Avengers films. If you don't know the movies that well, then just follow along. You can play up to two canons and two OCs to get started.
Information about the Species
Asgardians
The Asgardians may look human and are extremely long-lived, but they're not immortal. They age very slowly upon reaching adulthood. Their body density are three times denser than normal human beings, contributing to their superhuman strength and weight. Their superior physical vitality enables them to harness magic more easily than humans, though both races possess some extent of mystical potential.
Fire Giants and Fire Demons
The Fire Demons are a race of creature native to the extradimensional plane of Muspelheim one of the Nine Worlds. The Demons a fierce fighters due to their nature and sometimes venture to the other nine worlds in the name of war. They are nomadic race within their lands.
Frost Giants
Temperatures in this area never rise above the freezing point of water. The frost giants can exist comfortably at frigid temperatures but are highly vulnerable to heat. Although they can withstand the normal temperatures to be found in Asgard and in the temperate regions of Earth, intense heat causes them to shrink in size rapidly, as if they were melting. Long exposure to cold will eventually cause them to grow back to their previous size. The Frost Giants' ice powers are strongest in their own realm of Jotunheim, presumably due at least in part to the frigid climate of much of the realm.
Vanir Gods
The Vanir are a group of Asgardian gods associated with fertility, wisdom, and the ability to see the future.
Light Elves
The light elves are beautiful creatures. They are considered the "guardian angels". The Light elves are minor gods of nature and fertility; they can help or hinder humans with their knowledge of magical powers. They also often delivered an inspiration to art or music.
Dark Elves
The dark elves hates the sun so they live in the murky underground. They are hideous and can be of a great pain in the neck to the humans many describe them as being extreme annoying. The dark elves are nothing but trouble. These dark elves were called mare. A mare would sit on a sleeping person’s chest and whisper bad dreams to haunt the person. A mare can also haunt animals, particularly horses. The dark elves can not be exposed to the sun, if the sun’s beams of light reached them they would instantly dissolve.
Dwarves
The dwarves are masters of craftsmanship. Like Thor's hammer, the magical ring Draupnir and also Gungnir, Odin's spear. The Dwarves were smaller in stature than the Asgardians and had squat, stocky bodies. Their average height was four feet. They were stronger and faster than they appeared to be, with fighting skills allowing them to take down larger opponents. The Dwarves tended to be farmers who maintained friendly trade and peace relations with the Gods of Asgard
