Physical Appearance: Always dressed in a very dapper fashion, Elijah makes it a point to present a well-dressed and well-kept image. His silver hair is tied back into a short ponytail that reaches just down to his neck while his lupine yellow eyes constantly convey dry, sardonic humour. His skin is a pale, milky white, almost blending with his hair, and is smoothly stretched around elegant cheekbones and a long, pointed chin. Facial hair never seems to have developed, with the young man constantly keeping a well shaved face that makes him look almost feminine, but his aquilline nose banishes any such sentiment. The air of nobility is rife in the vicinity of Elijah, with many of those having interacted with him believing that he bore some sort of title in his home country. His lips are thin and almost constantly pulled to the left in an almost mocking smile, hiding pearly white teeth that would not be out of place in the mouth of a film star. His entire image seems to pull to mind the vampires of legend, with their pale skin and generally pleasant appearance. His custom tailored suits reveal a thin, athletic build that could only be maintained by regular exercise and diet...or so people think at least. While he does not look it, he is capable of great athletic feats. Thankfully, or rather, unfortunately, we at NEST know how he truly receives his 'regular exercise' and maintains his figure...we just choose to ignore it.

Attire: Always garishly dressed in custom tailored suits in public and even formal attire at home, it is hard to catch Elijah in a bad moment. In summer its a dress shirt with a vest and tie, while in winter it is still a dress shirt and vest, just with a single or double breasted coat over it depending on his mood. The colours are usually dark in contrast to his pale skin, which only serves to accentuate his odd features.

Personality
Quiet, snarky and dry would be the words someone would use to describe the things that come out of his mouth, while those who simply look at him say rich, dandy and possibly fop. All of those terms would be correct. Elijah has a subtle wit and low tolerance for those he does not deem interesting, often choosing to ignore them entirely. This does not mean, however, that Elijah is without manners, in fact, if anything it would be the opposite. Observing the proper practices of gentlemanhood, he is a gracious host and even more gracious guest, but that does not remove the poisoned daggers on his tongue which he sinks into his targets at every opportunity he sees. In this case, it would be best to send in any NEST agent with a thick skin to interact with the subject.

Skills/Talents: Elijah's main 'skill' if you could call it that would be his connections, with both legitimate agencies and some of the more detestable ones that operate in the darkness. While NEST is interested in obtaining information about these rat warrens, we have decided that it is not worth the possible adverse effects. Other than that, the subject is charismatic and charming- when he chooses to be that is. Other than that, the subject seems knowledgeable about various subjects, particularly that of viniculture and wines. The subject is extremely skilled in swordplay of the European variety, mainly fencing and HEMA. If an adverse encounter is caused, avoid close range combat at all costs.

Prized Possession: A ring which he hides away, which is simply a band of brass inlaid with a single, deep scarlet droplet of ruby.

Power:
Haemokinetisis, the ability to control his life-fluid, blood, as well as to rapidly produce it and regenerate wounds, making him an incredibly hard target to get rid of, although given enough trauma, he will most definitely die, after all, he still has a very vital point which he needs to protect. It would be better to think of Elijah's body as simply a vessel containing litres of ammunition.

Abilities in his potential are...
Weaponry: Elijah's favoured method of combat is creating a weapon from blood drained from his own reserves, most often a rapier and hardening it into a diamond-like crystalline substance. However as his bloodlust grows, his weapons grow more brutal, transforming every couple of seconds. So far, the current weapons have been observed and entered into the NEST database: Rapier, Broadsword, Battleaxe, Billhook, Saw, Spike, Barbed Blade [DATA EXPUNGED].

Projectiles: Similar to how many elemental meta-humans make use of high-pressured water globules as a projectile, Elijah has been observed using the same tactic in a more...jagged variety.

Internal Damage: Being struck even once by Elijah is a dangerous thing, as he can often leave traces of his own blood within an opponent's bloodstream as observed in [DATA EXPUNGED]. So far he has been observed using it to create artificial strokes and internal haemorraging.

Transfer of medium:

Weaknesses/Drawbacks: While Elijah is capable of enhanced regeneration and blood production, it does not mean that he is a constant fountain...well, it does, but it does not mean that he can produce it quickly in industrial amounts. The longer a fight rages, the more tired and haggard he will get. If he is too liberal with his powers, he will succumb more quickly to fatigue than most other observed meta-humans. If subject runs rampant, it is suggested we wait for him to expend his energy before moving in for neutralisation.

I hope when you say half finished you mean open to constructive criticism.

Firstly, you dont decide the power rating. Allen does.

We tend to shy away from bloodbending. We can make an exception, but you'd have to have a pretty good set of weaknesses for Allen and I to even consider the power because of how effective and deadly it can be with so little drawbacks. I, personally, will only allow bloodbending if he can't control the blood in other peoples bodies (Which is a solid 1 hit kill). If he must control other peoples blood, then he should only be able to control blood that's been exposed to air. Of course, the final call goes down to Allen. But that's my personal opinion. I know for a fact he's not going to allow a character who's only weakness is to 'let him run rampant and then get him when he's tired'. You can do better than that. This is advanced.

NEST also does far more than find out information. They are literally the whole shebang in terms of what they deal with. They haven't saved the world from untimely destruction by simply getting information. You also seem to have not read the rules. You're missing something.

I'll save my judgement on other things for now, since I dont want to dog-pile you, but that's by far the most imminent thing that needs to be fixed.

My cses are always up for criticism, even after the finished state and i apologise for the transgressions. I just wanted a basic outline to be done before i am forced to interact with my family for christmas. Ill do some basic editing in the morning but the cs remains at around ep percent so try not to judge it too hard. As for the whole other people thing, his control remains over his own only and solely.

Harbringer, I like how your sheet is written. Like it was written by a NEST Agent. But, there's a few things I have to address. Jazzy addressed his power, but there's a few more things that'll need a little tweaking. Now, don't take this as an attack on you, or whatever, you're not "rejected". All you need to do is fulfill is a little editing.

But before I get started; take a second, hard look at the OP. It's clear that you made a few mistakes that wouldn't have been made if the OP had been read a little clear.

Sorry bruh, but this sets off redflags for me. I'm not keen on accepting Socio/Psycho-paths, especially when you tell me that they're going to be portrayed like this. Since this is "half-finished" I believe that this won't be true in the final product; but, I also feel as if this personality needs more detail, since he seems rather one dimensional at the moment.

Sorry, but we're not playing as NEST agents. There's only three and they're made by friends, and that's where I'm capping it off. lol

Fashion, fashion, fashion. It might come as a given because of her power, but Shannon is a fashionista. She seems to always know what the best outfits are, and who has the best tastes. It's just because of her love of high fashion. She also likes books, writing, and poetry - She does indulge herself in some writing in her free times. But her favorite would have to be classical literature. Shannon also likes media - her favorite genre would be crime and mystery, like Law & Order. She also watches some cartoons (Like Disney movies) sometimes. Sometimes meaning when no one is looking. Shannon is a fan of ancient History, and Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and so on, cultures.

Gonna need some elaboration on this. What "agencies" does he have connections to? Even then, I think that's pushing it a bit. We aren't really playing as government agents/super heroes.

Sorry, but this isn't going to cut it in terms of weaknesses. He has a rather strong ability, and "he gets tired" faster isn't going to work. I feel like he needs two or three more weaknesses. For one weaknesses, I suggest that if he produces too much, all of it doesn't get oxidized properly. Which can cause some problems for him that is.

Physical Appearance: At first glance, Mikael looks extremely sickly, and given his abode's location in the Dead End, it's not surprising. Thin, frail looking and constantly looking like he's on the verge of collapsing, it would be easy to assume that he was simply a normal teen with a compromised immune system. If only that were the case. Deep bags under his eyes make him seem like an insomniac, while combined with his pale skin make him look like a drug addict or shut-in. Thin sheets of stubble cover his chin while his short, messy black hair is swept back into a coif. Sunken cheekbones complete his look of 'pestilence incarnate' as some of my fellow agents call him. I'm inclined to agree. [REDACTATION: PENDING]
Attire: Mikael is often seen wearing a simple olive green hoodie and jeans, possessing neither the sense, nor will, to follow current trends and fashion. However, most notably perhaps, he dons a labcoat after hours at his educational institution to assist with reasearch in their biology labs[PERSONAL OBSERVATION: CONSIDER REDACTING]. After a thorough warranted investigation of the subjects abode, we have discovered an oddity in a plague doctor's mask reminiscent of the ones found in Europe during the outbreak of the bubonic plague. Further investigation was required, but the subject returned home soon after.

Personality:
Mikael displays a strong front, as if to attempt to offset the weakness of his body which is begging to be put to rest. Kindly and quiet, reminiscent of a grandparent, Mikael makes great attempts to make friends. Unfortunately, it has a very low success rate, given his body's condition and his habit of breaking out into a debilitating cough. It is not a surprise that natural human instinct tells us to remain far away from a walking trough of disease, but it seems that he has made friends with some meta-humans in the area who are aware of his condition and situation. Usually such open disgust would cause someone to withdraw from society, and yet Mikael continues his attempts to adjust to society, suggesting a certain psychological hardiness. It is suspected that inside, Mikael is much more fragile than he may seem. The natural pack mentality of humans drives the boy to attempt to properly integrate himself, however the pack's natural avoidance of weak and plagued members prevents him from truly creating any bonds.Further observation is required.

- Seems to enjoy literature of varying genres
Seems to take a great interest in general science, particularly in the field of pathology.

Power: Simply put, Mikael is a walking biological weapon. Diseases and pathogens constantly ravage his body, and yet he does not die. The constant ministrations of these microbes have done very little to shorten the life of the youth, and if anything, have served to make him tougher and immune to pain, which could be a drawback just as easily as it could be an advantage. His body has housed a majority of the pathogens in the word, from influenza to smallpox and even the bubonic plague. The strange thing is, however, that he does not catch these diseases from anywhere, they simply...appear and ravage his body. And it is not always a known disease either. Even stranger is his ability to visit the disease upon another person- and everyone in that person's immediate vicinity. His ability seems to amplify the infectivity and lethality of any given disease tenfold and project it onto others. Any mistakes on his part could cause an epidemic.

However, before extermination is considered, one should also consider the beneficial portion of his power. Mikael is able to remove diseases and infections from a person's body and either take it within himself, or visit it upon something else, freeing the person from poison and disease.

Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
-Antibiotics and medicine to him are what plagues are to everyone else. Shows great adversity to some species of mould while showing great curiosity in others. Likely the former contains a penicillin strand of fungus.
-Sometimes becomes ravaged by a new unknown disease he has not built up a resistance to, leaving him almost comatose for extended periods of time until his immune system records a memory of it.

Sorry, but I'm going have to say no to that power. Diseases can be played in such a way that it can work in the RP, but Mikael's power can't be. It's simply too strong, all he has to do is release his virus and everyone's screwed. Only two characters (Newt and Henry) could hope to stand a chance against him.

Plus, NEST wouldn't let a Meta-human like him out into the public. So, yeah.

Okay, I'm sorry, but this is completely ridiculous. I may not have a whole lot of power in this rp, but a character who can just release massive clouds of disease at enemies sounds like a very bad idea. What, pray tell, would happen if your character spontaneously gained the ability to, say, utilize the Ebola Virus or HIV? You could autokill anything that moved. Not even Henry's superpowerful immune system could fight off Ebola, and if your character gained the power to use HIV he could wipe enemies' immune systems clean instantly. Even if you say "well he doesn't have those diseases at his disposal and gaining them would put him into a coma (which by the way makes no sense)", the diseases you listed him already having are still extremely powerful. Smallpox has killed more people than any other disease in the world, and the Bubonic plague still kills people today even when the patients are treated with class III and IV antibiotics.

EDIT: Okay, so this was a little harsh. I apologize for being a dick Harbinger (I'm kinda sleep-deprived right now so I'm being a little cranky). We don't mean to dogpile you or anything (though tbh it kinda looks like that) but a lot of people on this website submit some fairly OP characters for stuff like this (I've seen death manipulation, reality warping, and the ability to spawn the actual Satan. It's baaaaad) and after a while it starts to annoy you. Your's isn't as bad as a lot of the others, though.
