### **Fall of the Galactic Imperium ** Life in the galaxy has been turbulent after the Encounter Wars, the galaxy Senate has been shaky and many of the members threaten to pull their faction from the council. The fifty year war has left many of the members of the senate’s worlds armed for war, and ready to fight. While others worlds are in massive debt, living in squalor, or civil war. Political tension and opposing views has slowly began to rip the Senate apart. Many planets have planet wide food outages and citizens are rising up against their governments. Its a time of survival, a time of greed.  The Galactic senate’s power is shifting from the upper houses(The largest faction) to the lower house. Its time for a new power in the galaxy…. The Goal of this RPG is to take power over the Senate or carve your way to the top fighting against the Imperium. Forge alliances, or stab friends in the back the choice is yours. Sword, or pen.  The Encounter Wars was a fifty year war in which a hostile alien life form from outside of the outer reaches of the galaxy came in force and began to carve a path towards the heart of the galaxy. The senate began a counter offensive after several extensive rounds of voting. They were able to halt the invasion on the outer rim planets and pushed them back through the far reaches where they slipped into deep space.
