There is a drought in California going on if I'm correct. I don't exactly know how it's affecting Arizona at the moment (which is probably something I should be paying closer attention to. Woops!) But I haven't heard of much trouble here. I'm sure like everywhere else it's best to conserve water and whatnot but since you mentioned it I can only cross my fingers that the whole CA issues get better. And we have plenty of gardens!...Rock gardens... Haha! I'm sure it's gorgeous where you are though. Pretty flowers and trees? That sounds like a treat, honestly.

Also - sorry for the delayed post. Long day today. Tomorrow I'll be going on a trip and so I might be slow tomorrow as well. I'm going out of the country but I don't see any reason why anything would interfere with internet access and whatnot. But I thought I'd mention it instead of not at all. :)

Italy! We are having some minor flight issues though so it looks like I'll be overnighting in the airport until flying out tomorrow sometime. Funny enough it's Massachusetts :'D. It's gonna be a long night haha but maybe I can get some sketching in. Hope you're doing well by the way!!

I'm doing well! Finished an exam this morning so I spent the day sleeping and eating. :^) And h goodness, that sucks! =W= And Italy!! Oh my goodness, sounds fun! I heard Italy is beautiful. (MA ayyy)

Yeah! We actually missed our connecting flight so we're a bit delayed but that's okay. Nothing too rough. And eugh exams. Hope it went well for you.

Hahaha I feel ya. I am the worst test taker tbh.
I love drawing characters from my roleplays typically or character designing in general. Wait, do you at all? :)

Aughhhhhhhhhhhhhh I really really hate test taking. I start to freak out and then I forget everything... ;u; Luckily this one was just critical reading stuff and essay writing.

Whhaa! I can't draw or design characters at all. x_x I draw animals and the like.

Oh what kind of animals? :D I always need a reference for animals. I can't say that I'm good at them just because of the anatomy being so different than humans. Given all of the species and whatnot.

Definitely! I've never shared any files on this website specifically but I'm sure there's an option to do so. It'd be awesome to see some of your stuff sometime! (: aha it's been so long since I've actually sketched out without my tablet it's almost foreign to me. I got myself too spoiled with technology.

It can be such a pain sometimes I agree. Especially because most often you have to just get used to the programs and the device itself on your own and essentially teach yourself. I'm sure there are classes out there somewhere but I've had to rely on tutorials and a lot of frustration haha

Ooh yeah, that's what my friend said to me. I don't have a photoshop program because krita (or whatever it's called) keeps lagging. I'll probably teach myself over the summer but after I learn how to play the guitar!

I use SAI because it wasn't nearly as expensive but my friend uses this one called Manga Studios (it goes under a different name I think when you buy the program versus trial version) and she makes some pretty wicked stuff. Oh man and good luck with guitar! Never could learn an instrument. Do you play any other one?

Well aside from writing and drawing I like painting when I'm able to get my hands on some paints. I like reading about history and naturally that runs off in the things I write, haha. Foreign languages are also a hobby, I'm a junior I think and a German major so I'm just trying to push through school. Too bad I'm not going to Germany, honestly because I'd be just fine there if English wasn't an option. I'd love to learn Russian or Swedish perhaps in the future. What are you studying?

Forensic science? Now that always sounded interesting to me but I could never imagine being smart enough to do it. That's like one subject I always admire from afar haha. That's awesome though, I say go for it.

I'm alive! And thanks~ It's going to be a tough road but I truly do want to help put the right people in jail. I'm not as stubborn or smart or mean and 100% pure evil like my sister to become a lawyer so I figured this was the best route. I do enjoy science and the whole 'figuring out' things. ^^

Yeah! It's a good and useful field that takes some guts so that's awesome! It seems like it'll be cray fun and interesting if you're super into it. I took a criminology course which sort of ties onto that??? Crime, at least, and that direction of study seemed so cool (I just wasn't committed haha)

Italy is beautiful! Food is amazing and for the most part people are kind. Small city I'm in with narrow streets so it's interesting to just get lost and find your way back. The main part of Florence which I'm in now is great when you're near the main church but it was a little sketch when we dispersed and went further out. Unfortunately there's way more unwarranted catcalling than what I notice in America. BUT so far things have been pleasant and it's not as confusing as I originally thought it would be (':
