Also, while I hate to say this (I can understand Dingo's case, he told me he has shit going on) but for the two others I am going to say that they decided to go home and ignore their power after this combat IF they do not post, then put up an interest check claiming we need a few more people (maybe their ignoring their power caused it to get transferred to some other shmucks) so that we can get some new people to replace them.

I am saying this cause I have no idea what is going on with Jester or Snow. (I don't like to be THAT guy, but I am tired of my RPs dying)

Hmmm... If you get enough levels in a particular talent won't it guarantee hits? And what happens if both you and the opponent rolls the same number?

Only if you are close enough. Also it is more realistic that way. They may make it out in movies or games people dodging every single attack, but that usually isn't the case in a more real setting, more attacks are more likely to hit. In a sense it is easier to attack than it is to dodge. Also I am going to say that if you and your opponent get the same result then it is a miss (as in the hit was a very, very glancing blow and did no damage whatsoever)

Am I breaking the sound barrier to act twice in a round? And Ren so needs to teach Sasha magic- no use grinding these physical attacks when I'm not planning to use them. The problem with this type of leveling systems.
