Well, thin crust, lovely tomato sauce we make ourself, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, prosciutto, salscicia. That's one of my favorites. Or a chicken risotto with sweet peas, time (I think the herb is called) with a creamy risotto sauce and lemon juice.

Thyme - and yes, it's a great herb.

I love risotto. So delicious. I make it every once in a while when I have a bit of extra time on my hands.

GOD I LOVE A THIN CRUST PIZZA.
