Akita let out all of the air in her lungs and put the shell back on properly. "What are we doing now?" she asked, trying to stand up as straight as she could. This was the hardest training she had received in her life, and now there was more? She knew it would only get harder as her training progressed.

Akita caught the shell, kind of, and felt something tear in her back, but she was determined to show no weakness. "Yes Master Roshi!" she said and got on the turtle shell as best as she could. It had to be at least a hundred pounds! How am I supposed to deliver all of this milk before time runs out? Akita questioned herself internally. She straightened up and raced to the milkman's house. She decided it was better to burn herself out by running than drag on the torture for hours upon hours. She swiped the box of milk from the ground shouting, "Thank you!" Her calves burned as soon as she started going uphill, but she was in no mood to disappoint Master Roshi and the people waiting for their precious milk. Relief flooded her when she hit the first house, but she knew it was only going to get harder from here.
Eventually she had to cross a log that bridged the gap between two parts of the mountain. Sweat was dripping from her head, but when she realized she had to cross this even more sweat poured down. It's okay, Akita, you've made this every time! Don't worry about anything! The young woman took a deep breath and slowly made her way across the log. When she was halfway across, she could've sworn she felt it crack, so she sprung forward and barely landed on the edge of the grassy cliff. She turned around and realized the log didn't crack, it didn't even move an inch. "I guess I'm just paranoid," she chuckled. Then it came to her that she was able to clear a five foot jump with the shell on her back. "I guess his training has really been helping too."
It took Akita another two hours to finish. When she finally made it to Roshi's house, a great relief rushed through her and she began to take off the shell. She figured it was about eight (Just grabbing any number here XD) in the morning, but couldn't really tell.

Akita shot up from the blanket she slept on on the floor. "I'm up!" she yelled, then noticed Kiro was snoring loudly a few feet beside her. "I'm up!" she whisper-yelled and stood. She changed into her training clothes- she didn't have a proper gi yet since she had only been training for less than a month- and raced outside. "I'm here, Master Roshi!" she said and bowed respectfully, though she felt flustered. This was probably the earliest she had ever been woken up and she had no idea why she had to train so early! She didn't have to deliver milk for another few hours.

Abilities: Flexible, maybe can stretch a bit like Piccolo only not as far and has a regenerative quality. Also would have the heightened senses of a Namekian, so she has really good hearing. She hasn't really started to learn the Kamehameha yet or any real energy moves and is still going through the fundamentals of martial arts.
UPDATE1- She can do Kamehameha wave during tournament but isn't the best at it and isn't close to mastering it, she can do a type of ki blast volley that shoots a barrage of ki blasts at her opponent. It's not the strongest but can be distracting and should cause at least a few scratches. Her newest move is Destructo Disk but she doesn't prefer this in fighting since it can be dangerous. She's also okay at flying.

Personality: Akita is somewhat reckless, but never to the point where she really gets in any danger. She can be crafty with her words, especially if she's making a deal. Akita is overall a friendly person and it's easy to get on her good side.

They probably have a bigger strength level possible since their gravity would be around 10 times earth, maybe more. They would have better bodies in a sense. I'll expand on this later. XD. So she's an Exian.

Maybe she's learning to fly, and used free running to get through quicker without flying. Also she's learned the Kamehameha, but it's not the best of course. XD UPDATE1- Has learned Solar Flare successfully, pretty good at Kamehameha, and nearly mastered Destructive Wind, as of tournament. She's also begun creating a variation of Vegeta's Dirty Fireworks technique. Hers isn't meant to kill and can only really set dead leaves on fire. She points at an object and it makes an explosion, only as I said it doesn't work very well now.

She's not very tall for a demigod, probably around 5'6". She has a strong jaw, and her features aren't exactly what you would call delicate. She's one of those girls you look at and figure can take a punch. Persephone has a solid frame, though stays trim. She doesn't wear much makeup and believes that only mortals are in dire need of this, not demigods or gods.

Other than those rather negative traits, if you're in her group of friends she will be very loyal to you, unless betraying you will benefit her greatly, that is.
Background:
She grew up knowing both her mortal and immortal families. Hephaestus was in her life, but not as much as a father should be. Since he's a god, he never really had the time to visit her while she was with her mortal mother. Her mother is one of the few mortals she likes and actually express love for. The reason she doesn't like mortals is because she blamed her mother for her father's absence, which of course wasn't true. Other than this, I don't have much for her background, sorry.
