Hey guys sorry I was gone for so long. I was so sick of not moving for so long after that trip and spending days in an RV I did something a little crazy. I now present to you: ME! after running 12 miles. My legs hurt like crazy and my head still feels like it wants to float off of my body but I feel good.

@Kronshi Was I supposed to make my post as Chromite now or did you want to activate her in some way first?

Hey guys, I'm at the gym so it might take me a little bit before I can post. Can't wait to start playing Chromite though!

@Akayaofthemoon I seriously don't care. I guess my only issue would be how much we're taking canon into consideration and how much we plan to do things that would require us thinking about canon. I mean, we have no idea what will happen in the show, the gems could become known throughout the world for all we know. I guess I would just recommend a willingness to depart from the show's canon somewhat if we're going to have this in the future.

@Akayaofthemoon Oh man, that fits in so well with Spinel's story arc. As I've kind of explained already, Spinel's brain or whatever she has flat out can't process emotions like a normal one would. By giving her what amounted to an emotion transplant, Aquamarine essentially gained something of a system override to Spinel's mind. It hasn't come up yet, but she could basically shamelessly manipulate her and Spinel would be none the wiser. Time will tel what Aqua decides to do with this, if she even becomes fully aware of it.

@Loony Yeah, but unless Evenkite is good at covering her tracks Spinel should be able to figure something out. She might not find her exact location, but she should be able to get an idea of where she's been. And yes, I'm sure Evenkite would be pretty offended, that's one reason Spinel didn't just attempt to follow her. The other being that old Spinel isn't completely gone yet, even if some of Aquamarine's protectiveness has rubbed off on her.

Spinel smiled at Zircon. "Well then, I thank you as well. I'm glad we're all still together... mostly." She watched Evenkite walk off and it occurred to her to try to prevent her, but she didn't. "That's pretty unfortunate, but it's her choice. If worse comes to worst, she shouldn't be terribly challenging to track, and I can protect her without her knowing about it if need be."

@Loony Haha that would be cool to see. Maybe watch a compilation of every moment that character was in and read/watch like every interview with Rebecca and the show's writers. Seems like a lot of work for something that wouldn't be that crucial to the plotline in a project we're only doing for fun though.

@Akayaofthemoon Yeah, that might be a good way to go about it. I could go either way but suffice to say I will not be disappointed at all if we never or barely see any canon characters.
