I hadn't really thought ajout it before. But I think I will add functionality to teleport objects from areas to sabers teleporter. Though I'm not going to use it to teleport in things like, mini guns and explosives...
More like stage lights for... something I have planned to mirror an event that happened to Saber.
Ika Musume was in awe. Such a powerful compatriot, and he was going to offer her shrimp! This man was obviously a nice person. And it was obvious that this was his Inkvasion army. It would make Ika Musume utterly starstruck and utter her incapable of saying much other then "wow, De Geso! And "Thank you, De Geso!". She had finally found the perfect compatriot! Ika Musume would cling very closely to nova, utterly in awe, and occupied by the thoughts of how easy it would be to subjugate humanity and stop pollution with him on her side... or maybe it was just the promises of shrimp. Either way, Ika Musume would follow after nova if he were to go anywhere.
Before I paste this, I forgot to note that people in the Rivard verse all have hair that follows a blue spectrum, rather then the red spectrum that we in the real world have.
Name: Saber Rivare Appearance: Saber Rivard stands at the same height as Cyano. He shares the same blue hair, though his hair us shorter and is swept to the right side of his head. He tends to look rather serious, though that's mostly because of his job. Going from top to bottom, Saber wears a pair of glasses with rather thick frames on his face. For clothing he wears a white or blue shirt, underneath a plain white labcoat. The lab coat is made of Saber Cloth, though none of his other clothes are. Considering that the reason that he in particular would need it has passed, he saw no reason to continue wearing it, besides in the lab coat to offer protection in the case of a failed experiment. He also wears a pair of light brown pants with several pockets that he likes to fill with random objects he finds. He wears a pair of grey shoes, and a pair of brown leather gloves to offer some protection for his hands.

Personality: Saber Rivard is a rather interesting sort. He's not necessarily kind, but he's definitely one of the nicer people you will meet. He pays great attention to detail, which works well both when he is acting as Rivard manors butler, and when doing research and experiments in his spare time. For the most part he isn't a fighter. Preferring to talk his way out of the situation. He can be rather serious, but that does not mean there isn't a wacky side to him, and it usually comes out among friends and family when it's appropriate. On that subject, he is very loyal to those close to him, and there aren't many ends that he won't go to so that he can defend them. That being said, he does have a slight lack of empathy. Though no where near the lack of empathy that Cyano has.
Bio: Saber was born after his brother, but before his sister Cyano. He actually was unaware that Cyano existed, up until they met each other under the awkward circumstances that they were trying to kill each other. Though that would be a tale for another time. He was raised along side his brother, but took an interest in the sciences. Around the age of 18 he developed Saber Cloth, and shortly afterwards inherited his grandfather's company, Rivard research labs. However he sold the company when his brother became ruler (not that he did much, considering he didn't very well want the position) he then spent most of his life up until now as the manors butler, and as his brothers unofficial advisor. Going through the same hardships and good times that his brother did.

Natural abilities:
Intelligence: Saber is on part with Cyano for intelligence. However he is less ambitious with his, and is content with his position, as long as he has the ability to perform small experiments on the side. Not that he hasn't been called upon to develop various things for his brother. Which have been shown to rival Cyano's tech.
Charisma: Saber is very charismatic. He is very diplomatic, and is very good at picking his words to say what people want to hear. This also manifests in an odd maturity, as he knows when it is best to be serious, and when it's best to act like a child.
Speed: While Saber is the weakest of the three siblings physically, he is the fastest. This allows him to get out of dangerous situations, or, should the situation call for it, use two Sabercloth daggers to deadly effect.
Tech:
Saber cloth: Saber wears a singular piece of Saber Cloth. His lab coat. It protects from all the things normal Saber cloth protects, however it covers a small amount of him, leaving his head, legs, and a good portion of his chest (he leaves it unbuttoned) open to attack.
Personal teleporter: Saber keeps on his person, a personal teleporter at all times. It can teleport him any where within his current physical plane. However because of its small size, even in comparison to other personal teleporters, it requires a recharge every once in a while. Though it can perform an impressive amount of teleportations before it requires a recharge.
Saber cloth daggers: Saber wields a pair of Saber cloth daggers, which are just like any other weapon made of the material. That being said, he prefers not to use them.
