Now for kolons unedited CS. I have no intention of getting kolon approved so I added all of kolons abilities and technology. Implied and all

Name:  Kolon
Appearance: Kolon is a bipedal three foot tall person cat clone thing. He is 90% cat, 10% human. He wears a forward beretesque hat. His fur looks like a blue tabby cat, and he wears a pair of yellow brown overalls. Around his waist he has a tool belt filled to the brim with cat sized tools, like screwdrivers, wrenches, and other items like that.

Age: 3 human years old

Species:  genetically engineered cat person clone thing super genius

Gender:  male

Personality: Kolon is very catty. He is very innocent, but has a cats innocent sadism. Despite that, he loves you very much. Because you are his best friend. And to show you how much he loves you he will happily slip a primed mini nuke into your pocket, because he worked hard on it and wants you to see how good he did. You probably won't survive, but he doesn't do it out of malice. He did it for the same reason a small child makes you ketchup milk.  However, because of of a tramatic event if you kill kill friend in front of him. He will call in an air strike from hid custom built fleet of unstoppable unmanned fighter ships.

Bio: Kolon was a clone of Conablum labs head scientist/assassin Keith. He was one of their first clones, and as such only got Keiths genius intellect. He also had rapid aging, but Conablum labs developed a anti aging serum for their clones, so he was forever stuck with the innocence and lack of impulse control of a three year old, with the genius of a scientist capable of rivaling Cyano in pure intellect. He was almost killed, but his sister clone, Silver managed to rescue him. At first they went their separate ways. Kolon left and joined a group, but they were all killed and wiped from existence. With the loss of his friends he wandered around until his sister, who had joined a pirate crew under command of Captain Robo Pirate Beard found him and took him in. To this day he sails the universe with them, sharing friendship and nuclear Armageddon with anyone who will play with him.

Abilities: 

Natural Abilities:

Genius: Kolon quickly became the smartest being in the universe. He can create complex machines from mere scraps, and knows how to manually extract uranium from items even only slightly irradiated. Most of his genius is used for making things go boom however.

Explosive immunity: self explanatory

Technology

Teleporter: the universes best teleporter. It can teleport Kolon within milliseconds of a destination being entered.

Kolon gun: Kolons personal gun. It fires explosive rounds that explode into smaller bombs.

Kolon spear: Kolons first weapon. He made it himself out of a stick and rock. He later upgraded it to be covered in a mysterious metal Alloy Kolon made. Naturally, it can be set to explode.

Tools: Kolons tools. He uses the use to create all of his things. From explosives to fighter ships. 

Nuke: self explanatory

Mini nuke: nuke with a smaller radius

Kolon nuke: turns everything in a three mile radius into a kolon.

Friendship nuke: Makes everything in a three mile radius inexplicably more adorable and friendly

Laugh nuke: makes everything in a three mile radius begin to laugh uncontrollably for ten minutes.

Kolon nuke: sends out Shockwaves across across a three mile radius that flattens everything in its path

Naturally kolon is immune to all of these.
