It seemed to have worked. The robot transformed back into its normal form due to the severely damaged leg. The leg seemed to have turned into its arm, which worked great, as it tried to use a weapon, but had failed and was now forced to go one armed. That would make things easier. What wouldn't be easier however, was the fact that mere seconds afterwards a jet came by and bombarded the area. Cyano dived for cover behind the robot, and was protected from the bulk of the explosions and bullets. Seeing as there was now a flying threat, Cyano decided the present threat was the jet
"Hey, Samurai! You keep this guy distracted, I'll take care of that jet"
With that, Cyano would try and run into a nearby building. If she managed to do so, and with grimlock putting more emphasis on Sam as the most immediate threat, she would begin to try and convert the teleporter into a make shift radio. If it could teleport people, then it should be able to teleport sound. It wouldn't take her very long before she managed to get it to use this double purpose. And not very long after that until she was able to enter the frequency to contact outward to get two fighters into the air to take down the jet.
