She didn't need super mode to do that though. Granted the mountain was hit with some missiles beforehand.

Who knows tho. There could be an island breaking and mountain punching friendly contest with the cast. Maybe find a nice secluded mountainous island in some world. A nice beach to relax on, have a barbecue.

Onto something else. If there's no second wave then the logical explanation for late comers would only be people who stayed in the Cathedral thing before deciding which world to enter?

Coz the alternative is them being in with the team down on world already just on autopilot and not doing anything and without anyone else noticing them, which would be immersion breaking and awkward.

I sincerely hope it's the former.
Same with Akuma's island breaking, rare but still possible.

That said... this crossover RP probably is not going to be a good place to try and enter Nono. Because cutting moons in half and kicking black holes will probably be past absurd...
So no second wave summons? Whatever the case, I'd like to clear it up with PKMNB0Y first so I don't cock it up.

On a note... Breaking an island in half is absurd, but punching through a mountain isn't?
Time to read some of the IC pre-posting so I could get a jist of the history...

Also... Akuma in Blazblue... All of my yes!
How does a late entrant character get about in the story? Does the story even allow "second wave" summons by Lydia?
Name:
Kotoha Isone

Age:
16

Gender:
Female

Appearance:

World of Origin:
Yozakura Quartet

Personality:
A sensible lass that though while kind, can be impulsive and aggressive at times. Doing the right thing comes natural to her. So much so that anger will usually bring out the nastiness in her. Has no qualms on swearing as a form of expression. A self confirmed Lesbian.

History:
Her past isn't well defined in the story but it has been hinted that she was much more reserved and more of an introvert. She did break out of her shell as she grew up though. Of particular note is her status as a hanyō, aka a human possessing youkai traits, or a half human half yōkai if you prefer. She wasn't originally one though, she was once human, just turning into one due to being possesed by a yōkai.

While turning into a hanyō was likely why she was an introvert since that event happened when she was very young, it was also likely why she got to break out of that shell by making such good friends via working at the Hiizumi Life Counseling Office. Which quite literally helps yōkai and hanyō get by in the human world.

She once went overseas and she learned English as a second language. She's also an excellent singer which very much goes hand in hand with her ability.

Abilities:
She is a powerspeaker, or in japanese a katodama tsukai. This allows her to manifest anything and everything she wants via speaking the name she identifies them by. More complex objects sometimes require a spell but she's gotten around that by making "shortcuts" via licking an already existing example of the object.

Any object, physical or metaphysical, she brings into existence she has control over or at least limited control over. In example, she was able to operate a crew served artillery piece she "spoke into existence" alone. And the aircraft she's created piloted themselves.

There are times when her ability fails to conjure the object she intended and this usually just ends up in literal letters and characters popping into existence that has showed the unique properties of actually turning into specific objects when arranged in such a way as to spell said objects name.

Ability abuse results in a soar throat and loss of voice for a while. Understandable really.

Aside from her katodama, she has displayed superhuman speed, strength, durability and stamina. Extreme feats usually renders her in need of a good rest however.

Other:
She's a complete gun nut, and it's not unusual for her fights to involve a lot of conventional weaponry.

Notes by me:
"I know that ability is quite literally Universe saving. But I don't think she's ever thought too much about the potential of it. She's displayed the ability of spawning highrise sized cubes of concrete, hundreds of B2 spirit bombers, a railway gun and the like. In episode six of the Hana no Uta anime remake she was able to literally speak force into existence, which caused something she didn't make to move. If I'm going to play her in the roleplay I'd like to stay true to her depictions on the media. My understanding as to why she just didn't say STOP and just made things well, stop is that either her ability didn't go that far or simply, owing to her general knowledge and character, she simply didn't think about doing that, nor is even aware that her ability could do that."

"So this edit comes after me having found that I still actually have a copy of the animes in my drive... so that makes getting ideas and source material a tad easier"

EDIT: Suppose the specifics of the ability belongs in here as well

As far as the largest single object she has created or at least the most massive then it would be a cube of concrete bout a sixth of a city block a side.

As to how far said objects can spawn away from her. None seemed to spawn further than about about 400 meters or a quarter mile.

As far as how complex, She was able to make modern aircraft as well as a microphone, although a vast majority of the things she's made are simple objects as far as composition goes.

As to her sustainability. While she can do superhuman feats and have superhuman stamina, her ability seems to fall off in about 2-3 minutes of serious and constant usage and ends up giving her a sore throat and possible loss of voice... Cough drops help speed up the recovery process from what I can tell.

As to spawning something that's not physical, there was a point where she spawned "force" and caused a pressure wave, but aside from that single instance it didn't re-occur in the anime.

As to numerical quantity of things she spawns, It seems to only be limited by her sustainability. She can have LOT's of things spawn.

As to living things... No, not one instance of her spawning anything that one can consider conscious, living and or sentient happened.

As to how long said objects she spawn lasts. There are times when they disappear after a while and there are times when they stick around for longer. Those that stuck around for longer included a microphone, a wall, and a swimsuit.

As to moderation, She's unlikely to go overboard on something. Against a delinquent mugger, a handgun... Against a hundred meter tall golem, a bunker buster bomb. Think Alice from touhou, just enough to get the job done.

As to how to method of spawning. The long way is to describe in detail what to spawn... The shortcut way is to "lick" an example of the object to skip the description bit. Which realistically means she must have indeed licked a grenade at some point...

This one is a good depiction of how she spawns complex objects. From Ep.11 of the first anime

The same scene on the remake/remaster second anime

Specific single moment where she spawns something conceptual instead of physical.

And this is the specific fight where I was able to deduce a LOT of the displayed extents of her ability. From the OVA
To clarify 400m isn't half a mile it's a quarter mile, more specifically slightly less so. But an eighth is fine too.
Everything's A-okay. Since the things you mentioned only ever appeared once or twice on the anime's.

So as long as I play her abilities to within the reasonable restraints you mentioned, she's fine?

Now to more supplementary material... If a picture is worth a thousand words, then videos are worth so much it'd be practically tiresome to count. On hindsight I should have checked youtube since these videos probably explains in better detail than I could have. But that's done now.

A fortunate coincidence maybe, since there seems to be a great lack of Yozakura Quartet content on youtube. There's quite a few that has her in it, she seems like a popular character for the series' fans it seems.

If I'm going to base it out of the anime's I have then I suppose it'd be prudent to describe it's extents in there.

That's about as defined as I could describe the extents of her ability as displayed in the media available to me. I'd keep within this limits if that's alright with you.
Which is why as the main author of this story you should be the one suggesting what limits should I impose on her ability. If need be I'd just limit it to non speculative things and just what is within the realm of what was displayed in the media I have (namely all the anime's, will not delve on the manga version since I've not gone on with that one yet).

If need be I'd give you a heads up and see if something I intend her to make is okay with you. Especially since you're reasoning is exactly Chekov's gun. "If you put a loaded gun on stage on act one, then you must fire it in act two, otherwise don't put it there" paraphrasing of course...

Off topic... For some reason I can't even fathom, for the longest time (ie for as long as I have known some of the characters involved in the RP) I have mistaken the Satori you had for Koishi... It all got muddled up in ma head.
Having something really powerful that would solve your problem really easily doesn't necessarily mean that's what you're going to use to solve said problem. Because there's a myriad of other things that could do it without going too far. By far the most important thing is not the ability itself but the person with said ability, his or her decisions and moral fiber.

Powerful as the she may, Kotoha has never been able to brute force the problems that has arisen in the story she's from. Either it be a limitation of her understanding of her own ability, or a limitation of the ability itself... I have no idea. As quoted "I'm a powerspeaker, If I say It'll hit, then it WILL hit" yet in said scenario the shot she fired was going to miss if not for the fact the local God made the current weather's wind pattern favorable. So this does afirm that what she says does't always go.

While not my intention I believe I have just gone to the opposite end of the spectrum from Normal guy Guynemer who's going to be such a liability that he'd be relegated to filler material to Kotoha Isone who's apparently so powerful that it could make things trivial.

But please, don't be so caught up with the capabilities of a character that you overlook the interactive potential of said character. That's the primary reason I like roleplaying in the first place (and especially crossover roleplays).
