This sounds fabulous. I think you should play out the native groups personally, but definitely interested. I could probably help flesh out the star system if you need help (just gimme some details and space to run and I can get you a version rather quickly, I would say).
I'd also like to say that I'm personally thinking of going rogue (and onto another body in the system), but that isn't certain.

Yup. The God of Rolling that watches over this RP seems to really be against people doing that. A few others have tried and it always fails.
