Well, isn't Renka a genin? I suggest that you could possibly obtain more after the IC starts, with training and such- since it's also more rewarding.
But if you really, really feel your character is so weak, sure, you can probably PM me the ones you want so I can take a faster look a tit.

Yup, but there was someone who posted a character- Innue's Touzoku, a good few pages ago.
Since then, me and Asuu have been reviweing the character and enforcing some needed edits, hrm.

Allows the user to teleport long distances, similar to the body flicker but much more convenient, it allows him to break apart in what seems like little cubes and travel at great distances, and then place himself back together or even just phase in place. This does require ample chakra, typically derived from his stores of stolen chakra.

Apart from that, while the Dark Release is something I'm quite iffy about, I will say that the character is not that unbalanced or bad. He does lacks a personality, though, so add that. To all his other techniques, try to give more specific info about; how much chakra it drains? Can the foe wrestle away or get away from it?(Note that if the answer is no to this, go ahead and remove the technique lol) Can he use those techniques even after not absorbing any chakra, by the way?

All the links in your CS are broken, it seems... And the large majority of 'em unnecessary, but still, a CS needs ones' personal touch I guess. Her techniques aren't that bad, but would you mind explaining more about the blue flames and her known techniques? Their actual effects, duration, power, range- that sort of thing?

I enjoy confident badass girls, in anime- but not the annoying type. In movies, everything that's not the lady in distress is good. In real life, I always had a thing for skinny girls opposed to 'hot' ones, but currently I will go cute and claim that my favorite style is my girlfriend, dot dot dot. :3
About the bros, I love Okamura Rin from Aoi no Exorcist, that's all.
