Remi stood amongst the group of loyal troops as she listened to the Empress. A Hornet stood on her shoulder, his antennae swirled gently on the skin of her cheek. The patterns seemed random to anyone else, but to Remo they were words. He was relaying the information to her as to whom was attacking and her orders.

The young female jounin seemed as passive and uncaring as ever. If it wasn't an automatic function, she probably wouldn't even be blinking. Despite that, the latest twitches of the hornet brought a smirk to her lips. No one was to remain alive? Well...those were terms she could understand. Killing? Not really. But her Empress told her to. Besides, Gyuu-kun could explain why later.

She ran her claw over her palm after the necessary hand signs and slammed her hand on the ground. "Summoning Technique, Killak." In a puff of smoke, a massive Hornet lifted her into the air. When he stood, he was over six feet tall, and longer than ten feet. She kneeled on the Hornet and put a hand on her hip, "Let's go, Killak. Our brothers and sisters are very restless." the hornet's antennae twitched in reflex as he took off and flew towards the mass of humanity when the Empress called for them to go.

I'll be adding in my edits within the hour.
The inquisitive young noble took in the information with wide eyes. A war? With the Gauls? What sort of madness was Conrad getting them into? A Champion of the Midlands? Now she really knew Conrad was nuts.

The Land of a Thousand Kings was just that: a land of a thousand kings. For them to actually pick a champion to represent the whole of the Midlands would require no less than a week's worth of tournament. Hell, to find a champion just for Columbus' Harvest Feasts and Celebrations took over a week. Mostly due to pride, for being known as a champion was important to a house and city-state.

If their timing was correct, that would leave no time to draw a vote for a champion, nor to hold a tournament. Was the King going to send a personal champion with them? Did they expect Conrad to fight? If they did, might as well let the Gauls invade tomorrow.

Alejandra listened intently to the conversation, and barely managed to keep a facade of boredom about her. Conrad was still an idiot in her eyes and mind, but the King was proving to be sensible. She just hoped he didn't leave it to Conrad to choose a champion, there was going to be backlash, but if the champion lost...she wouldn't want to be Conrad.

An autistic child can be taught just like a regular kid. It just takes the right approach. So while some things (like vocabulary and social interactions) can be taught, others cannot.

I don't know what you are talking about. Autistic children are prone to violent outbursts moreso than non-Autistic kids. They also do not share well and have problems interacting with nearly everyone. It is up to parents and specially trained teachers to correct these problems. I should know, my mother works with special needs kids in schools (hands on) and specializes in working with Autism. I've had heavy input from her to make sure I represented autism well in this sort of context. She is high functioning and well adjusted, but she is still autistic and still has her problems.

She doesn't control the bijuu, but the tailed beast does not control her. He still looks out for himself, therefore he looks out for her. To break most Genjutsu, you just need to have an influx of foreign chakra, which a Tailed Beast supplies easily.

Shino mentions that genjutsu targets a specific part of the brain. Mammals have this part, but insects do not, hence why his insects were not affected by genjutsu.

... Immune to genjutsu? That's not even possible. Genjutsu like Tsukuyomi are almost impossible to get out of even if you do notice it. Just because your char understands how to cancel a genjutsu -and most jounin do, INCLUDING Kakashi who knew that the Tsukuyomi was a genjutsu but still couldn't cancel it- doesn't mean he's completely immune to it. It means he knows how to AVOID it. Like not looking into a sharingan user's eyes.

One: My character is autistic, one of the symptoms she suffers from is that she doesn't LOOK at anyone she is interacting with, that includes fighting, unless they catch her attention specifically.

Two: She fights out of her peripheral vision, and supplements with her summons, and her heightened awareness. Just because she is not looking at you or acknowledging you, doesn't mean that she can't see you.

Three: Her summons are Hornets. A Hornet is immune to genjutsu, as are all insects.

4: She's a Bijuu.
Well...it doesn't bother me since my character is darn near immune to most genjutsu...unintentionally, but there ya go...

But Ra is incredibly easy to defeat if you understand how genjutsu works.
I think it depends on if you can justify it. For example, my character seems like she has more than one kekkei genkai. In reality she has one. The second is a natural evolution that came about due to a combination of her kekkei genkai and her genetic material. The third is a branch evolution, which manifested as she grew up due to how she was raised as well as her disorder.

For the S-ranks, I think it is a question of IF you can justify it.
