Yay! Thank you! And yes...it will be fun. As for what to face? I actually think it'd be poetic justice to face her father in a death match. The sheer anger and hatred she has for him, coupled with her violent streak, would have a very negative impact on her psyche though. That probably wouldn't bode well since she is supposed to be "The Leader".
Alice archetype.
Erika nodded gratefully before she bowed back. She retrieved her seal gently, "Thank you. It was not what I was hoping for, but it is much more than I've had for years." She smiled a little bit before she said, "I..would like to wait for the clan head if you would allow me to? I am sure I can get better training here than I would elsewhere for now." she said as she followed him.

At his direction, she looked the Kobold over quietly, "I do have training. Though I must say, this is much bigger than the outside would suggest." she says before she pulls off her traveling shoes. She released a happy sigh at the feeling of her bare feet against the ground. She padded over to the Kobold and rocked back and forth. On one pass through, she seemed to fall backward, only to catch herself with one hand. She swung one foot around in a hard, whip-like kick aimed at the neck and then used her momentum to bring her planted foot around in a back heel kick, aimed at it's head. To compensate for a lack of base, she brought her remaining hand down so that she was in a spread handstand. Within a split second, she swung her hips so that she sat on the ground now, left leg bent so her foot was on the ground while her right leg remained straight. Her eyes never left her target.
All done
I don't think ANY on my character info got posted...i just realized that.

[edit] there we go! Stupid missing brackets...
"This is so confusing...very, very confusing. As if it wasn't hard enough to choose one of 13 squads to join, now with the betrayal and the fights and the other blah blah blah, many squads were left without Captains and Lieutenants. Maybe I'll just stick to one of the squads that already has a Captain, train, then transfer. Then again though if I join a squad without a Captain...that could leave a vacuum of power until a promotion is made. I maybe able to get a higher position." the young woman glared down at the table littered with squad pamphlets. She wished she could set them on fire with her frustration, but that would only serve to irritate her further since she would have to go out and her more of them.
A cup of tea was set next to her, between the squad 2 and 5 pamphlets. A familiar giggle soothed her mind when the chair beside her become the resting place of a mildly pregnant woman. Haruka laid a hand on the woman's belly with a smile, "Eriko. You shouldn't even be out here to listen to me bitch about this."
"Language, Lady Haruka. The baby can hear you know. And I'll smack you if 'Bitch' is the first word he or she says." Eriko scolded. Haruka chuckled before she looked back at her pamphlets. "Hey, if it is bothering you that much, why not just join the squad you best fit?"
"That is a combination of squads. At this point, I'm better off throwing darts at them." the graduate grunted. "And you know my family will b--complain no matter what I do. The council wants me to go into the First Division. Father wants me in the Tenth Division. Mother wants me in the Seventh Division.""And you?" "I...don't know." she groaned in frustration. "For now, take a break, drink your tea. The day is nice, so let's just enjoy it. You've been training hard lately. How are things going?" Haruka perked up and began to tell the stories of her training. It was just the two of them, lost in their own world within the hustle and bustle of the inner city. People were still recovering from the attack, but the little tea cart they frequented just so happened to be one of the few establishments ready to serve. For that, the pale rose haired woman and her midnight blue counterpoint were ecstatic to meet there again.
Thank you, AbigailTenshi! I'll make sure to do that.
Ahhh, ok then. Thank you!

Name: Ryuko Hitsami

Age:17

History: "My history? Now? Well...alright. My name is Ryuko Hitsami-Kokeri. I usually leave off the "Kokeri" part, it sounds like some ass tasting drink you feed your kids when they've been misbehaving. Sounds artificial and like it is drowning in so much fake-sugar that you'll turn diabetic soon as it touches your tongue. Anyway, I was a normal girl? No, normal might be saying too much...Do I really need to go through this? You have my files...

-Transmission Break-

"Fine. This thing--where was I...normal right. Normal isn't the word. I went through school like any other kid: Playing with friends, going off on adventures, starting all sorts of trouble. Man do I miss those days. My childhood was cut short though, when I turned 15, my otou-san...No, the bastard is lucky I call him anything other than 'bastard' or 'dick'. Now this is MY story, you want me to tell you the damn thing or not? That's what I thought.

Anyway. He decided our little family wasn't enough for him. He said he felt trapped, like...like we were just there for his amusement or some shit. So he takes off with my friend. My best friend whom had just turned 16. My kaa-san...she was hit hard. We both were. He was the bread winner, kept kaa-san from working. She didn't want me to go work. I was the youngest captain of my school's girl's soccer teams and co-captain of the girl's lacrosse team. Sports were huge there. I had friends, school status...I was THE girl.

One day, I get home from practice. I set my bag down next to my shoes like every day, but there are another pair there than there should have been. I grab a drink from the fridge...the kitchen isn't that far from my room. I head down the hallway to my kaa-san's room to let her know that I'm there...i open the door and this guy scrambles off of her. Starts cursing at her, saying how she led him on and wasn't paying for "services rendered". Tch, I...remember hearing kaa-san crying, begging that we needed the money. I promised I'd never hear her beg a man like that again.

So yeah...I kicked his ass. Badly. I think I used a lamp or something. I don't remember that part. But, I know one thing...he still pays us. Every month. I won't apologize for that, I promised her that I'd step up and protect her. That she wouldn't have to lay on her back anymore. I got a part time job moving boxes and helping people move their furniture. Kaa-san managed to find work with this old couple down the way. She worked in their bookstore, and loved it I think. She always had a book to read.

-transmission break-

"Right. After that first stint in jail, I didn't get much. About a month since my kaa-san claimed rape and that I was protecting her. He didn't speak against it, and neither did I. I kept my captaincy, Nationals were coming around. I didn't want to leave her alone so, I asked the coach if I could bring her with me. He agreed, as long as the soccer team brought home the trophy. Heh, we did. Hardest game I'd ever had to play. I'm not quite sure how it happened exactly, I was high on the win, y'know? The team went out to celebrate. I didn't go, I told the girls I needed to debrief before celebrations started. Ami, the striker who scored the winning goal off of my assist, made a crack. She said, "Must be because you have that hot as hell MILF-san in your room huh?" The team laughed and so did I.
My mother had died in child birth, so kaa-san was the only mother I ever knew. I passed off the joke and they left with the coach. I went up to my room, showered then went over the game footage as I always had. The next thing I remember, it's morning and...she's right there. We were both...y'know.

The relationship lasted until my 16th birthday. We both knew it was wrong, it we were all we had. It didn't matter that she was my stepmother or that she was nearly 15 years my senior. None of it mattered. It still doesn't. I still love her.

Heh, I know. Sick right? I said I was sane, not normal remember? I've never been normal. But, I'm happy for her. Before I woke up here, she told me a guy asked her out at her job. I met the guy...threatened him and laid down the rules for dating her. He joked that I sounded like a jealous lover. I pointed to my face and said "Not. Laughing." After that he nodded and promised to take care of her. All I know is that I need to get out of here. Her wedding is in a few months, and I'll be damned if I don't walk her down that aisle. At least then, I can have her one last time before she goes off to live a better...normal life. I also need to get out of here in time for soccer to start up again. Lacrosse has probably already started...it's my last year and I need to get on the national team in time for the Olympics."

Personality: Loyal and relatively level-headed, Ryuko understands that life has a way of screwing you over. She wants to save everyone that she can, but she knows that she may not even be able to save herself. It doesn't matter though, it won't stop her from trying to get out until her last breath has already left her body. She is street smart and athletic, but she does have a romantic spot for older women. She doesn't let her own wants and needs interfere with what needs to be done. She has a high tipping point into violence, but once she is there...it is bad. She won't stop until her knuckles are covered in blood, whether she is using a weapon or not.

Likes: Anko, beef, being around people, solitude.

Dislikes: Idiotic babbling, stupid questions, people that think she should be the quintessential "good girl".

Other: none so far.]]]
