Sinai nodded. turmoil wasnt the description she wasnt expecting. It made it sound worst than she thought. The small numbers of the missions made sense in that circumstance though. if it really was that crazy it was better to coordinate smaller units rather than larger operations. "i see. how has the squad reacted to this..interim captain?" she realized that might not be a proper question. "you dont have to answer that. But if there is a mission or assignment in the near future please keep me i mind. I dont have much experience since I'm new" hopefully she would be able to get something, sometime to get her feet wet in other shinigami operations. for perspectives.

"Well, most of us actually don't mind. He's a good captain, if a bit lazy." there was a slightly playful laugh from her, "Well, we can go see if we have any intersquad missions available now if you'd like?" Haruka shrugged. "Alucard and I need to get for a bit anyway."

The dog barked in agreement from his mistress' shoulder.
Tinder didn't seem bothered by Ross' actions. The peon was lucky that she had called off her Garchomp, he'd probably be lunch by now if she hadn't. "It's fine." she said then looked at him. She gave a small smile at Ross then ran over to the house.
"Yeah, everything is in turmoil, but that hasn't changed about Squad Ten." Haruka said after she listened. "We've had quite a few members go off on missions already. The only thing is, we don't have a more stable captain yet. Tabo is only an interim until another can be chosen." she answered honestly.
"So far, our missions have been pretty average as Tabo usually sends no more than 3 or 4 shinigami at a time."

Sinai's wondering was cut short by an idea. if she wanted to do omething different she might have had an idea. she ran over to squad ten... got lost on the way, ate some food, and found it eventually. once there she asked around for anyone to speak to. while she waited she hung back against a wall, watching people work and run around and do quad ten things. not a tumble weed in sight.

One of the unseated squad members made his way to Haruka. It was a bit of a chore for her to actually listen to him talk because his voice was that perfect level of "Shut the F*ck Up!" Alucard seemed to snicker when her lips twitched into a downward position of vague neutrality, followed by a slow incline of her head.

"I see. Well, Tabo is...busy, I guess. Hikari is also busy. And Hyperion is training I believe. I've got some free time, where is she?" The male nodded in rapid succession and motioned for her to follow him. For his part, her partner jumped onto her shoulder and licked her cheek as she walked. Haruka, used to such antics, laughed and scratched beneath his chin.

It didn't take long for her to approach the prospect. She thanked the male and sent him on his way so he could finish his duties. Haruka smiled at the other woman and introduced herself, "Hello. My name is Haruka Katsuye. I am the Seventh Seat of Squad Ten and am happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have."
Haruka stared down at her shikai in quiet thought. She released her shikai, then sheathed her zanpakuto. The seventh seat decided to find Tabo to see if he would train her, the sooner the better in her opinion.
The Red nodded once and charged the Spartan Laser. "Non-lethal, Chi. We are a distraction."

Understood. Recalculating.

When the target appeared on her HUD, she fired at the Greens with pinpoint accuracy. She always hit the ground, creating explosions and throwing around green soldiers.
The sandstorm died down and revealed Tinder standing over a snag ball. Garchomp was glaring at the peon, baring his fangs threateningly at the man. His roughened skin did some extra damage in addition to the initial Dragon Rush.

Tinder grabbed the snag ball and stared at it. "Garchomp..." the Pokemon snarled in protest at her tone, "I know. I know, but we have bigger things to focus on. Ross, you ready to get in the house?" she asked. The nearly seven foot tall dragon Pokemon moved over to flank her along with her Metang.
The soldier ran over to an outcropping of rocks not too far from a group of greens. "I'm in position. Give me the signal, Blue." she switched off her verbal communications. "Chi-"

Calculating maximum damage potential. Painting the target.

"You're a treat, Chi."
The decision took less time for her to make than she'd been expecting. She drew her zanpakuto and stood with the blade parallel to the ground. She took in a deep breathe and released it.

The muscles of her arm tensed in anticipation as her partner's voice called out to her. Show me the ambition of someone who has lost everything, of someone whom has realized everything she once knew was a lie. Call my name and wield my power, so that we may destroy the ones you once called "Family". The ones that shunned you and despised you, the ones that would sell you off like a fattened calf to a butcher. I will not be wielded by mere prey, nor by a weakling with no gumption. Show me that you deserve me, Haruka!

"One more time, Yuurei Kishi."

The sword glowed a blindingly green color as it shrank. It melded onto both hands and shaped into a pair Gauntlets with two pairs of claws. One pair of five were situated on the fingers. The other pair consisted of two curved, serrated blades along the forearm and covered the knuckles. The blades were glowing green with black accents shaped like skulls on the wrists. She panted breathlessly as she subjugated the denser spiritual pressure and brought it under full control.

"Holy hell..."
"Metang! Switch with Garchomp!" she yelled out. The psychic and water attacks hit Metang, but the Pokemon didn't look phased much. "Metang, Sanstorm!" The Metang whipped up a massive sandstorm and engulfed their immediate area in a violent mix of dirt, sand and wind, mostly to keep the Alakazam busy. She curled the scarf around her nose and head to protect herself from the sandstorm.

Garchomp glowed as the dragon glared hatefully at the Peon when he threw the rock at the Marshtop. "Garchomp, Dragon Rush that bitch!" a dragon shaped, swirling bright blue energy engulfed the Pokemon. Garchomp bypassed the opposing Pokemon and headed straight for the Peon himself.

She ran over to the Marshtop and held her hands up so it would see them. "Are you ok? He won't harm you anymore." she said to the Marshtop over the storm. "I promise." she threw the snag ball at the Pokemon.
