HELLO WORLD!
I am William Afton, and yes, it's my real name, and yes I've heard the jokes. I'm almost 22, and I am looking for a place to do roleplays since Mascot was obliterated, and discord isn't... Well... Isn't that great. I will still use it I just simply find it sometimes lacking what Mascot had in the roleplay department. I've been a roleplayer for... Oof nearly 8 years? Although I would say that the last year or two have been mostly lackluster, on account of me not having the time with me trying to get a new job after breaking my body.
I have a lot of interests and things I like to rp, with several of them being mostly cringe-y to a lot of people. Five Nights at Freddy's, Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, recently got into Warhammer 40,000 but never roleplayed in that setting before. I have other hobbies and things I like to talk about, but that can be for people I get to know and talk to!
I typically only write a few sentences in roleplays unless I'm very into the thing that is happening, and I am busy allot of the time so it will most definitely take a bit to respond unless I'm already online... I have ADHD so I have no object permanence and without notifications I might not remember to check for a week or something... It's happened before... I'm simply trying here.
HOWEVER, I can definitely when I want spew a very detailed (if not slightly cringe) roleplay, and I play many roles well, and if I am roleplaying a specific character, I tend to ask myself what that character would do, not what I would do as that character. So, I guess that's a good thing?
I can do nsfw stuff, although I prefer when that isn't the ONLY part of the roleplays, and if it is I only ever interact with those rps if I'm "in that mood" as it were. I love lore heavy or arg type things, and if it goes somewhere than it should naturally get to that.
With all that said, I hope to make either friends, rp buddies, or more here! Thanks for reading lol
Edit: I know that Mascot was really sketchy, but I had found a community of really nice people and had a few rp buddies that lasted 4 years until my first discord got hacked. Then I was never able to find them again, and I miss having that feeling of making a lasting story that I can just one day reread or something. Idk. Maybe I'm just sentimental.
