@AgentNevada"3 days from now" Ark said, glad that Ken was so eager. "And hopefully i'll get my stitches out by then so we, well really you can "test" her skills, and don't ask me how I know all of this, the only thing you need to know is that i'm frigging ninja" Ark chuckled.
@AgentNevada "We're getting a new recruit, and her name is going to be Texas" Ark said, without going into further detail. Ark stared expectantly at Ken, was she going to not care and go back into her cocoon? or would she be excited and ready to kick the rookies ass? At this point and time Ark wasn't quite sure.
@AgentNevadaArk quickly walked through the hallway, politely nodding at people as they passed. Ark got to the medbay and knocked on the door, the doctor or was it Kristopher? opened the door, Ark just peered around him to find that Ken was gone so without any exchange of words she left to go to Ken's quarters. Ark finally got to her destination and just walked in, She found Ken in her bed with a pile of blankets over her. Ark just poked Ken and said, "Ken I have some news for you" Ark said in a cheery tone. Ark was excited to tell Ken and hopefully cheer her up.
@AgentNevada Ark trudged through the hallways passing Wash. He saw her leg and asked millions of questions so she just told him the story. After about 20 minutes Ark told him that she had to go, as they went their separate ways. As Ark walked to the spectator room her mind went to Ken, it takes a lot of tire her out so she must have been training for hours, that crazy child. Ark was just about to walk through the door when she heard the Director talking to the Councilor, and Ark being the creepy person that she is decided to eavesdrop. "When will she be arriving?" the Councilor asked the Director and he replied "3 days from now". The Councilor wrote the information down and he asked one last question "What's the new agent's name?". Ark heard this before she scampered away "Texas" the Director said. Ark quickly limped back to the medbay, "Oh boy, Ken is gonna love this" Ark said with a grin.
@AgentNevada "Okay, how's the leg feeling?" the doctor asked, "Uh, well it still frigging hurts" Ark said jokingly. The doctor chuckled "well just keep those stitches in for a few more days and then you can do some light training". Ark was so happy, she could actually do stuff now. The doctor removed her old bandages and replaced them with new ones. "Thanks doctor, do you want me to take Ken back to her quarters or can she stay here?" Ark asked. "She can stay here until she wakes up and the i'll send her on her way" the doctor said. Ark just nodded and limped out of the room.
@AgentNevadaArk finally got to the medbay and reached the door, she politely knocked on the door just in case he wasn't there. The doctor opened the door and greeted her, Ark walked into see Ken laying on the medical bed. Ark's eyes widen and she got really anxious, "Is she okay?" Ark asked slightly panicked as she stumbled towards the bed. "She's fine just had a rough night with training" the doctor said reassuringly. Ark sighed with relief and walked over to a chair to let the doctor check out her leg.
@AgentNevadaArk was woken up by a hand on her shoulder, eyes flashed open and she death gripped the persons hand. Ark pushed herself up and saw that it was North, she let go quickly "sorry" Ark said embarrassed, "It's okay" he chuckled as he rubbed his now red hand. "What time is it?" Ark asked as she rubbed her eyes, "8:00" North said. Ark yawned "Oh okay thanks North" She said as she punched him on the shoulder on his way out. Ark decided to get up and get dressed to go and see the doctor again..."Yay" she thought in the most sarcastic tone ever. Ark got dressed in black leggings and a graphic t-shirt, as well as slipped on her combat boots, brushed and braided her hair and finally left the room. Hopefully on her way she would meet up with Ken, cause she didn't want to wake her up after last night, but then again that doctor guy gave Ark an uneasy feeling.
@AgentNevada Ark walked up to the spectator area and watched ken do her chosen course, and holy shit she was fast. After a while Ark dosed off, and when she snapped out of it Ken had left. "Well alrighty then" Ark said as she pushed herself out of the chair and walked back to her room. Ark carefully got into bed and stared at the ceiling, What exactly had Ken done to herself? Ken doesn't normally feel pain it seems or she's just really good at hiding. At 1:00 am is when Ark fell asleep for good until morning.
@AgentNevadaArk growled but not loud enough for Ken to hear it, and it would have to be basically silent. Ark was disappointed that she couldn't join Ken, "Mind if I watch?" Ark asked. If she wasn't going to train herself she might as well learn from others. She just hoped that Ken wasn't going to send her away, and mother her by telling her that she needed her rest.
