None of them seemed off putting. They all were friendly and by first impression, kind of silly. So, Ace deemed them nice enough to be friends. "It's nice to meet you all! Wait till you meet the others." She couldn't help the giggle as she watched Jasper cower away from the one who had just spoke to her. He had yet to learn about her germaphobic nature, but it wasn't too bad. Her attention turned to Vincent- or Vinny as he said to call them. "Oh, right at the table! There's lots of them left. Miss Queen had plenty made." With Ace calling the queen as such, one would think she didn't know her name or at least know the formalities of how to say it. She reached out for his hand, only to grab his wrist to tug him along. That was normally how she pulled everyone anyway. She wasn't really worried about everyone else's introductions- she did know them after all.

Soon enough, the rest of the crew joined the others, of course with Ace greeting them. "Glad to know you guys are okay." She smiled, standing by Vinny- well the one with glasses, wait no Inadi!- told them to call him Vinvin. Ace was going to alternate between the two. It was too late to go back now. He was going to have to accept it whether he liked it or not. While Ace and the few others like Vincent and Lesley decided to snack on more of the sugary goodness, everyone else chatted with the queen. Or further introduced themselves- or made conversation. Whatever they were doing. And suddenly, bunny guards and that butler whose name was forgotten were on the floor.

Even with the display, and a new person racing in, Ace continued nibbling on a large cookie. The red head paid close attention, more eager after hearing that their next mission would start soon. More importantly. Dragons. One of the best creatures to ever exist- even though they didn't exist on Earth... Assuming this was some crazy parallel dimension... Or something. Anyway, Ace loved dragons! Why? Oh, because they spewed fire...and because they looked cool. "Sweeet." She stood straight after leaning on a chair. "We get to meet dragons!" Like the mission before, there didn't seem to be anything that struck fear into her. Not even being told that the dragons were trying to destroy a kingdom. "Do you think we'd get to ride on a dragon? That would be pretty cool." Maybe Ace didn't hear the part about the dragons destroying the city...

Only further intrigued by the gifts they were getting, Ace abandoned the table filled with sweets and looked inside the jewelry box. "So many to choose from." Ace tapped her finger against her cheek as she stared at each one. Finally, her eye caught a pretty red gem. She picked it up, examining it carefully. She kind of just wanted them all- just to see what they could do. But Ace stuck with the one she had. When it was around her neck, a darker red hue emanated. "What will it be? What will it be?" Ace's over excited features turned to a childish pout when she was given a black hilt to a sword...but no sword. She tested to see if it was invisible or something, but nothing happened. "Well this isn't very cool at all..."

Just like it took a few moments for Harper's 'new skills', Ace's did the same. Just as she planned on giving it back, it ignited and a bright red-orange flame grew into the shape of an actual sword. "No way..." She stared in awe. As if she had learned before, she began to swing the sword skillfully. She was enjoying it- until the flame disappeared and she was left with the empty sword. "Aw man..."

"The Fire Swordswoman." Well, Ace was going to have fun with that. "Wait, what do you mean run out? How does the magic run out- wait what happens when the magic runs out? And can we keep these?" Ace was probably one of the last people that needed to keep the magic...
"Who's next?" She asked, curious to see what the rest would be able to do.
Surely they'll come back soon.

And to one particular, Astarael- If you'd like, we can do a collab post for their warm up.
If you'd like of course.
“Ty, ever so sweet and kind you be. Exultant and blissful be I that here you are as a true friend. Know do I that many befriend thy for only self-regarding reasons – though of course never deny them do I. However ever so pleased of the notion that here you are expecting nothing in return but companionship and bond. In need be I, of more personalities parallel to yourself. Thank you, I truly do from my heart.”

Ty could feel the warmth and the light tint to her cheeks. To get such gratitude from the angel was heart-stirring and lovely. It was such an honor to get something- or anything, even as small as a thank you, from the angel. Everyone that knew the angel doll could agree to that. "Really, I assure you it's-" Embarrassment befell her when she received that gentle and beautiful smile. She was sure Rosalina was used to the reactions people had when speaking or being with her. Ty's blue orbs glanced away for a few moments. "It's always a pleasure speaking with you. There is no need to thank me. Really." She assured, adding her own soft smile. As Rosalina got comfortable, Ty couldn't help but mimic such actions. The couch was extremely comfortable, which helped little. There was more than likely a few yawns traded before either of them dozed off. Rosalina drifted into slumber and not long after, Ty was curled up to. Although, sometime later, the warmth of something rested on top of her. She relaxed more and curled under the soft blanket, not bothered to move.

~ * ~ * ~ * ~ *

The morning rays of the sun kissed Ty's cheek and made her slip under the blanket. When she shifted, she realized she wasn't in her bed that swayed and rocked back and forth and felt like a cloud. Then she realized that she laid under a much softer blanket than she normally was under. Her consciousness lulled her to open her eyes, though the first thing she saw was the brightening sky. Her eyes adjusted after a moment and she slowly sat up. It was obvious she had dozed off with Rosalina, though when would probably never be answered. The couch across from her, the last place she had seen Rosalina, was empty. Even Dimuegos had disappeared. Quietly, she stood and folded the blanket, setting back to where she had assumed it needed to stay. When she stood, Ty noticed the shirt that she was wearing. It was definitely not hers, and after a moment's thought, she remembered it was Lao's. He must've placed it on her when she dozed off.

Ty had planned on going to Mr. Seil's office to thank him for letting her stay. First, she removed and folded the shirt Lao gave her, having her original clothing still on of course then held it close. But, it wasn't guaranteed that the Wish Master was in his office and she didn't want to disturb him. So she simply nodded to herself and silently slipped out the door. When she stepped out, the morning sun warmed her skin as she stretched. It was a nice feeling, so she relished in it as she walked towards her own tent. A new day, and so far it was fairly calm. The gloomy night from before left no trace in the next day. 'What to do, what to do.' Ty thought as she headed to her own small abode. It was just as she left it, even though it looked untouched. Cleanliness was always common with her things. If it was one thing she hated, it was definitely an untidy place. But, that was besides the point. Ty went in and took time to freshen up. It didn't take long before she was outside once more.

"I should return this shirt to Lao first." Being early as it was, the silence of the morning was fairly normal. At this hour, some were asleep, and others were probably enjoying a nice breakfast. There were many things they could have done besides wander aimlessly and speak to the ones that they had seen countless times a day. There was no one around to make conversation with, but when she passed, she had bid Grog a good morning. Only for him to reply with, "Good Morning Ty! Slept well yes?"
"I did, thank you." With a nod, her walk continued. With a few knocks on Lao's door, she soon realized he wasn't there. "Off so early I see." Ty tucked it by the door and then remembered her promise to the newcomer Nalia. "Oh, I was so wrapped up in yesterday that I almost forgot about her training."

She was almost sure Nalia didn't forget. The mortal seemed eager to begin, and Ty didn't want to disappoint her first student. The sudden thought made her pause. 'Her first student.' It dawned on the air elemental that she had never actually taught anyone her craft before. Then again, she had never taught anyone anything. Ty had taught herself the ways of acrobatics and was fairly independent around the carnival. No one ever really depended on her either, at least, not that she knew of. So this experience would be. . . Fairly new for the both of them. She decided not to think too much into it. There was no need to panic over small things. The air elemental passed Nalia and Nate's new 'home' and knocked on the door a few times. The knocks were merely to get them to wake or at least to let them- Nalia know that she was taking her on her commitment. Who else would knock besides herself?

She continued walking toward her tent, in fitted pants and a tanktop, prepared to practice. It was a routine for her to warm up and get ready for her shows. That is, if she had nothing else to do. Little did many know, Ty always improvised her tricks in her performances. Never had she created a performance or practiced a specific routine. In fact, Ty only practiced tricks and later compiled them into a show as the music played.
While she waited for Nalia, if she did show, Ty decided to tumble and flip around. It was nothing extravagant, just something like a warm up for her before she got to the more complicated things. Ty walked on her hands, cartwheeled, and moved about on the ground, making sure Nalia had a few things to do in the beginning stages of her new talent.
That bromance. I support it.

And ow...

But I probably needed that.
That gif is adorable.

And Fox I probably need that reminder to not look on the Interest Checks pages again T~T

Asking Away~

Out of character communication, or OOC, as it's called around here is probably one of the most important parts of having a successful roleplay. Sure, there is that pre-planning stage of roleplaying when you share ideas and come up with the plot, but throughout the story there will be twists and turns you'll want to discuss with your partner (or partners in a group's case). Sometimes going with the flow might not be the best idea because someone may not like it as much as the other (or others, again I'm a group's case). OOC communication clears out confusion in the story everyone is trying to create. That's another thing. It's more than one person creating this story so that means multiple ideas will be thrown. How would you share those ideas and bring them to life? Well, OOC communication of course!
Now this communication isn't just for business you know. It's also to get to know who you're roleplaying with. I don't think anyone has roleplayed (roleplay-ed?) with a complete stranger. Normally, we tend to want to get to know the person we decided to share a journey with. In that time, we end up making new friends and then... Well, whatever you do when you make friends. (It's different for everyone and I'll probably off on a tangent.)
To sum that one up: Everyone gets to share and clarify their ideas, and you make friends that way.

Oh, and indeed I have kept in contact with others outside of Roleplayer Guild. That would be Skype. I'm in a group roleplay called Midnight Train (It's quite interesting, read up on it sometime in the advanced section-... *ahem*) and the GM, Fox of Spades created a group for us to chat in. It's pretty helpful when we need to let the GM know that we may be out for some time or we have a question. Skype is...quicker to access? More direct? Hm, I don't know how to put that into words... Well, basically what I'm trying to say is that sometimes we may get a faster reply on Skype than on RpG. And often it's used to just relax and chat if we don't want to crowd the OOC too much with random, funny nonsense. The only hinderance I would have to say is timezones. When you learn that your newfound friends live on the opposite side of the world and your night is his/her day, it gets difficult to actually have a conversation. I can't exactly say how to fix it or make it work, but it's not impossible to do.

And, yeah. That's all I got.
"Last I recall," He paused to take a few more shots. "you were the one doing the magical stuff that convinced them." These little nuisances were easy to kill, but there was a horde closing them in. They were going to need something to kill them more than one at a time, but that wasn't going to happen. Funny enough, in a cruel twisted way, the two were practically reliving their first death- except with little lizard things. This was an interesting fate for them... If they died of course. Obviously, Kiara didn't plan for that to happen again as she used that interesting weapon she had. "Curious. Where'd you get something like that? You sure you didn't make any deals with the devil for something like that?" He teased as he continued shoot. A bullet at a time wasn't cutting it for him. Slowing them down sure, but not fast enough.

Before he could actually make an attempt to do anything, Kiara was dragging him out the tavern. That's another thing he seemed to get used to. Kiara dragged him around since they had met, but he didn't mind it too much. Although jumping through a window could've been warned. Vincent nearly tripped when he did. "If that works, it works." He replied, still following her out. They were in the middle of town, in front of a giant water fountain, with little demon lizards after them. "This is how my second life starts out." With a sigh he jumped onto the edge of the fountain, balancing carefully. "If it keeps us alive, it's good enough for me." He smirked a little, ready to start shooting again.

Sandal appeared, giving his friendly advice, and then disappeared again. "I'm starting to think you want us to die." He shook his head, shooting at the little monsters again. "Ideas? Ha, how about stay alive?" He looked around, and then at the water fountain. "Well...this shooting isn't going to cut it. Do you think those things can swim?" Before he even explained his thoughts, he shot at the edges of the fountain. Hopefully, with the right shot the water would pour out with enough force to clear them out. Doing so, he realized they'd be pushed into the force as well.

But, Vin realized that too late. With the right shot, the fountain caved and the water poured out. Thankfully, the impulse plan worked and sent the lizards backwards. With the 'small luck' they had, disaster followed. He slipped, but grabbed onto one of the stones that stayed sturdy.
That comic.
Didn't see it till now.
But...that comic.

And who feels brave... I nominate Jasper for the bravery test XD
So~ Is something planned for the period of morning to the start of the shows?
Do we get to add more to these findings?
Him sitting in his room quietly was all a blur considering he had woken up, not remembering when he went to sleep. Davie sat up quickly, dazed and confused until he remembered where he was. . . And where he wanted to be. He looked around the room, tucking his legs under him. What did he do now? Wait for someone? Go out the door? With more than one option, the male decided it was best to just wait inside the safety of his room. Who knew what could happen if he tried to leave.

The jingling of keys made him slide closer to the wall, and the doctor made it no different. "Remember me? I am Doctor Conner. Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you." He was going to continue, but decided to wait and see of Davie would reply.

'Dr. Conner? ... He is the one from yesterday. He was nice- unless he was lying! Oh, but what if he was only lying to he me to be comfortable around him! He could be a bad doctor! I might get-'

"Davie. It's alright." The doctor could easily read the slowly forming expressions on the male's face. He took a step forward, and then glanced over when he saw Davie looking at the picture on his wall. "Oh, I see one of the doctors put it up for you. It looks nice." He smiled when Davie visibly relaxed and stood. "Wonderful, now today is chore day. Everyone gets assigned a chore to do every other of the week. Don't worry, you won't have to clean everyday." Only getting a nod, he continued. "And from the schedule, you get an easy one. All you have to do is take a few folders from the main office, to an office in the back. "It's pretty easy, and I trust you. So I'm going to let you do it by yourself, alright? It's room E. When you go up to the office just say your name and your chore. They'll take care of you from their."

To be a new patient, the male was sure putting a lot of weight on his shoulders. He wasn't sure he could handle such a job. It sounded really serious. What if he dropped the folders and the papers scattered? Then he'd surely be done for. But for some reason, this doctor trusted him, so he had no choice but to do the chore. And like that, the doctor let him go and Davie was to do things by himself now. What a weird place... Of course, he didn't know that the doctors were trying to get Davie to be more independent and make choices of his own.
'All I have to do is say my name. And my chore. I know my name, I know my chore. My name and the chore. T-That's not so bad. I know it, I can't mess that up... But what if I do. I can't do it. Where's the doctor? I don't want to-'

It turned out, he was still walking as he was telling himself he wasn't going to do it.

"Yes dear? How may I help you?"

He froze, staring at the woman behind the counter. "I-I.." He tried, he really did. But he couldn't speak. He tugged on his sleeve and looked down. What was he supposed to say again? Why was he even here?

The lady watched calmly, having seen many small attacks before. She had already knew why Davie was there, but the plan was to see if he could say so by himself. "It's alright dear, here you go. Just remember to stay calm okay? At least you made it up here."

Davie nodded, slightly confused. Without a word, he held the stack of folders with both hands and walked to room E. He didn't bother looking at the brown folders, being way too focused on what was in front of him. He had to get through a hall that had people cleaning- or starting to clean. There was no other way around, so as he walked through he mumbled several apologies to several people even though he did nothing to harm them or their work.
