When you find Tannis, she is sitting there, sipping some kind of punch or something, simply tolerating the party. She looks at him and nods. "I assume you've taken care of the problem?" She asks, wary of listeners, her voice low.

The man smiles, and tips his hat, which you notice. He didn't seem to have been wearing it before. "I'd like that friend. I'll leave you to sort out whatever is goin' on. And just to be sure, I think I'll put a distance between me and Miss Tannis. If I am offending her in some way I can't see, I want to stop." He then returns to his friends and sits down, laughing at the joke his friend just finished. He picks up his beer and takes a drink.

Good sighs and hugs me as well, mentally, if that's possible. "I know it technically isn't possible for me to feel hate, as I am the Good part of your soul, but I hate Hate..."

The man says, actually seeming to be in good control of his functions, even as drunk as he is. From what you can tell, he is telling the truth, or at least thinks he is.
