whips are boring. Why do you think I said magnus. Sane Martin's got to go.
Then we can't really timeskip there.
Lady Mo would have to make a descision on that in rp. either that or they haven't yet decided and take him with him.

Alternatively they could have come up with the diabolically evil idea of taking him to Magnus. Feel like reviving Shikaru's character and torturing Martin a little? I think you know Magnus well enough.
It would actually be a pretty funny subplot. Suki getting it into her head to challenge herself by setting goals like that.
So I'm assuming Martin is taken along as prisoner?
Separ, Check
Carver, Check
Kelvin, Check
... Now Suki just needs to get Vis and Furnace to carry her, and she will be the officially most lazy character.

No offence, but Suki might actually outweigh Furnace..
This looks very interesting. Like nothing I've played before. It seems to have a dwarf fortress feel to it.
I'm in.

I'm for B
So I thought I might let This scene with Hank play out, and/or have Mithy chat with Bedivere and Lady Mo for a scene, but the more I thin about it, the more I think I need to time-skip and get the war started. I know how it's going to be in my head. Will be full of chaos and action, and everyone will be together to kill each other, etc. Do you want me to do that or wait a little longer for the character interaction scenes?

The scene with Hank could end here.
The scene with the vampires has pretty much ended.
The scene with Marcus is about to start.
We'd either have to wait for it to start and end or skip it.
Maybe we can have it introduce a flash forward and flow into the timeskip that way?
Like in one of those mission impossible cliches?
New ability: 'Interweaving'
A spell that is partially based on illusions and shadow play. Like how there are those people who attracts every gaze from the vicinity with their commanding aura or the like, there area hose who blend into the background.

This ability does exactly that. It makes one more inclined to pass over Suki without noticing her. However, this does not work on those who've already noticed her. She would have to escape their line of sight, and mingle in the crowds, before they too become affected.

Kinda like this pathfinder spell then?

Some buddies of mine once played a campaign where they were mostly doing smuggling in seedy ports. They had money to spare and I suggested they make a boat with this enchanted onto it permanently. I'm told they had a lot of fun with it.
It was suddenly crowded in the fields.
People were yelling at each other, there were even more people coming with lights.
Alula had gotten away and his chance to see what it was that pressured her was gone.
Weapons were drawn, the approaching people had fire and weapons also.
Had they come to harvest more? We didn't want that. Right?
Carver started to beat his sword on his shield repeatedly. Furnace didn't know why the rhythm reminded him of the rhythm of hammer and forge.
It was comforting, and though he was conflicted over the idea of forging here in the field he was drawn closer.
He stood near to Carver and Separ, close enough that they could see him in the tall grass even when Furnace crouched.
"This is no place to have a forge, there is too much fuel here, I won't be able to contain the fire."
He pulled out his sword. It was slightly bent and dented. The melting had made the blade a little dull and a little shorter. But it could still hurt.
"The glowing girl doesn't want to hurt anyone. I want to help her do that. If that means I have to hurt these people in her stead, I think I want to hurt these people. What do you think?" Furnace stared at Separ and Carver on either side of him. "Do you want to hurt these people?"
@Kronshi@Spoopy Scary
what if he lost all his progress due to nearby raids. contacts dead. deliveries don't show up due to plundered trade routed. Middleman knows that the first person who figures out what the source of the economical problems is, gets opportunities to make some big money.

Either by trading with riaders or selling info on the raiders etc.

Motivation right there
