With a puzzle on top!
Sam wanted to reach out and grab the antlers, but didn't, with difficulty he kept his hands down.
"I heard stories of a beast that lived in a forest not far from my home. A beast almost no one has ever seen.
It was the perfect monster, large as a hill and faster than lightning. The forest was old and dark and the beast was just as old and dark, all of the other creatures had formed camouflages or speed. Surviving in this forest meant not being near the Apex Predator. And there was this curse, or blessing, depends. It was possible to meet the monster and live, sometimes he'd let you live, no one knows why. Survivors, human and animal alike would grow antlers and gain heightened intelligence. They could commune with any other infected creature like they were the same race. Many called these witches or cursed and they were always hunted and feared alike. My school teacher used to believe that the curse may have been one of the old magics." Sam spoke fast and without taking breaths. His eyes glimmering and fixated on the horns. "Is there a chance you are from there?"
Horace looked puzzled. "Cows? Cookies?"
Behold, the fantastic side effect of Charlie's powers: Shockwaves make hair and capes billow dramatically.
Charlie takes a deep breath and times it just right. He detonates himself in a slim and concentrated burst of fire. The spikes half evaporate on contact, what's left of them is flung away a few feet by the shock-wave. The wave brushes hot air past Ris, Gao and Kevan, they hair waving dramatically.
"I'll take that as a yes." Charlie hisses with a grin after the fire dissipates, he taps his shoulder to get rid of a small flame. "Are you done?"
It's a riddle of course! I'll go get the cupcake mix!
Are people offended by Charlies liberal use of the English language?
Charlie laughed "Another celestial wizard? Do you think just any wizard will do? Eli was carefully selected, large potential, massive reserves of energy, full set of keys, at least now. Do you honestly believe Aglon is the kind of guy to cut corners? The kind of guy who will risk even the slightest chance of his kid sister coming out of there a fucking zombie? We Need a truckload of divine power, and only a complete celestial wizard combined with a life controlling wizard like one of the twins will do. Just be happy Algon found a way to make this non-lethal. Now sit your ass down! Behold mister Algon perform a miracle. And I'll go get you a new tea."

Charlie squinted scanning the room. "Yo! Whatsyourname! Go get us some tea!"
The small butler sat trembling in the corner, he was at his limit, he wouldn't be able to handle any more stress.
"Huh, guess no tea. Never mind the tea, there is no tea. Apologies and stuff... just sit the fuck down 'Aight?"
He then slammed the bars of the cage with his fist so they rattled loudly. "And no honey we don't think you are weak, Yer a Dragonslayer for fuck'sake. There's just no one, not even me, who gets trough bars like this... Maybe Gajeel... not the point, just sit down, as soon as we have the full set we magic them better, you all go home happy, maybe even in time for this years big games? That be sweet, maybe we'll join this year." Charlie trailed off in thought, "Say sir are we joining the tournaments this year?".. No response, Algon was busy. "Eh.. I'll take that as a maybe. I'll see you there you can show the world just how strong you are deal?" turning back to Ris.
Martin waved at Gabriel leaving.
"̢̀͡ Heaven's greatest weapon huh?"̸̶̴͠ Martin got up and paced up and down.
"̢̀͡ That would make sense."̸̶̴͠ He laughed to himself. "̢̀͡ He peaked my interest, so I've made my decision. I'll help you with this search. "̸̶̴͠

"̢̀͡ I guess I'll keep my thoughts away from the titanic mind for now and focus them on this weapon instead. Meanwhile, we may want to find a way of checking loyalties among your friends and hidden enemies. And have someone look into the thing not far from here. "̸̶̴͠

Martin stood at the door tot the hallway, where his followers were sitting scattered on the ground as if very tired.
"̢̀͡ I'll be in my room, contemplating this divine ace in the hole. I'll keep the door open, come in any time you need anything or anyone. "̸̶̴͠
The following quickly scrambled of the floor and silently formed two rows behind Martin.
Charlie watched with mild annoyance as some figure he'd never seen before slunk out of the shadows and casually struck up a conversation with Ris.
He wasn't one to complain but something wasn't right with the security in this place. Oh wait. That was him. He walked up behind Kevan, who was busy contemplating how he would open the cage. With a swift movement he grabbed the back of Kevans neck and slammed his head into the bars, spilling the tea all over Ris.
"Oh I know how to open the cage." He whispered in Kevans ear. "You ask Jared over there very nicely. After mister Algon is finished with his work."
What I think he means:
all spirits have a key, every spirit who'se key is in the possession of a celestial wizard he is in contract with is a keybound spirit.
Gao = keybound
Ursa = not
