@Snarfulblast It's alright, just as a general rule of thumb, you can't do things if it affects other people's characters unless you've already talked it through with them. Freezing everyone/stopping time affects everyone greatly and kinda kills anything anyone else might want to do. That's all. :)

Okay. Sorry most sites I have experience on only use ( ) and * * As well as this for normal dialogue. I will try to remember to do that from here on forth. I know this is a really bad introduction for myself but I have had some experience with heavy rping and I usually can't be on about 9-11 each night since I usually am doing a rp with friends unless someone has a conflict then I will try to be on as much as possible.
No problem! This website is kind of unique in that it has those tabs specifically geared for RP-ing. Not many people would expect that kind of separation, but it's actually pretty nice.
And again, don't worry about being absent. The format for this particular RP is pretty free and open, so you can come and go as you please, so long as you haven't entrenched yourself into a big subplot with like 6 characters like some people have already. :P
Just be sure to read the first OOC post so you know what's going on and what the rules are. :)

I never saw a rule about post frequency, is there? o.o
?? No, the only rule on that is if you want to post more after you've already posted and nobody has posted between you, just update your post instead of posting again. From the rules:
- Keep your post footprint small.
- If you have multiple characters and you posted with one and now want to post with another, definitely go ahead and make a new post for that character.
- But if you were the last person to post IC as a certain character and you want that character to do another thing, don't make a new post, just update your existing one.
- Just to be clear, if another person posts something after you and you want to have your character do something else, make a new post. We just don't want 50 individual posts all from one person with one character in a row.

Yeah, you can join—this is an open RP. But if you can find the tabs at the top of the posts labeled "IC", "OOC", and "Char", please post out of character stuff in the "OOC" tab. :)
All you need to do to join in is create a character in the "Char" tab, model your post after the previous characters (at least include an appearance, whether a picture or a description), and then you can hop in as your character.
Welcome! This place has a huge variety of options and a pretty cool setup for splitting out IC from OOC posts and stuff. I hope you enjoy it here!

FM decided it would be best if he left to countiue he's exploration of the market. He finds himself watching what seems to be a small scuffle going on, between a werewolf, and a bounty hunter, or something along those lines. "Well maybe I should spice things up a bit." He says to himself.
I recommend going ahead and just doing something to start spicing it up rather than just saying it or else you'll probably get missed/ignored. ;)

Not sure what made you think that, but no.
She's basically a stranger to him, so he simply has no connection to her. He just met her a day or so ago and didn't really interact with her much. He has no obligations other than his shop that he's owned for years, and he does what he wants with his time. He wants to leave while there's danger, so he's leaving.
Simple as that. :P
