This is interesting. Boring old America for me.
I am interested in some of those pairing options. I will come up with some ideas and pm them to you.
I have interest. I have always wanted to try a 1x1, but never really knew where to start.

Emi would definitely have been lying if she claimed that she expected to fight a pro hero one day. If it hadn't been for the confidence spewing forth from her fellow interns, or from Snake-Eyes for that matter, Emiho would have been all nerves. But the long drive surrounded by these extremely confident people left her wellspring of emotion almost fully within the positive spectrum. If they were gonna fight then and if Snake-Eyes wanted their all then Emiho was going to do her best. As the others set about making their opening moves, Emiho activated her suit and expelled any remaining negative emotion within her. Capturing the emission into one of her 'darkbangs'. This caused a moment of flux in her quirk but she quickly reigned it in as her eyes became red, her hair shifted to a bright purple, and her skin glowed.

Looking at her allies, she knew that each of them was better suited for close-up combat than she was. Even Shinon with her control over water. If Emi got too close to try and obstruct the hero's vision it would affect the others as well. Surely Snake-Eyes already had a plan to deal with them so they needed to think outside of the box when it came to their abilities. It wasn't ideal but Emi came up with a plan in case the other's full-frontal assault ended up failing. She began taking small potshots at Snake-Eyes to be more of a nuisance while conserving as much energy as possible. If the fight lasted long enough and she could keep her output lower than her input then the end of the battle would end in a flash.

Looking around the room the various heroes and heroes-to-be were slowly making their pairings and leaving the room. Some that Hibiki had his eye on had gone in other directions. That was understandable. He was new to the top ten and a very unnerving individual. However, lower numbers were ideal as it would give more time to work directly with each intern. One person who had been a potential prospect was approaching him and a wry smile graced his face. "It is a pleasure to meet you Mime. You already know my hero name but when I am not wearing my work clothes I prefer my name be used, Kuno Hibiki. Builds a little more comradery in my opinion. I hope you like working hard. Let's go ahead and skedaddle, other than you I only see one person remaining I'd think would fit in at my agency."

Pushing off the wall, Hibiki motioned for Oto to follow. He then approached the girl made of paper. "Shiroko Sekkei, aka Sketch. I'll skip the pleasantries for now but I think you along with Mime here would fit right in at my agency. Whether you join or not is up to you but the offer is open for the two of you."

Emiho had known pro heroes were going to show up. They all knew this it was fairly obvious. But to nearly bump into one after having a 'tirade' in her mind 'telling Sasuke off' made her worried of if the hero had heard any of her embarrassing words. Yet again, Shinon was there to save Emihoand she was very thankful. Being brought out of her mild stupor, Emiho bowed and said, "P-p-pleasure to meet you!" Soon though one of the third years, a member of the big three, Todoroki Shakuko appeared near them to speak with Snake-Eyes.

The sheer star power gathering in this room made Emiho shirk a little bit but the sheer confidence and strength of mind and will quickly counteracted that desire to hide. Looking around, the room was really a powerful gathering of heroes. So many of the pillars were here and a few not far from those spots. One though she had no desire to get near out of uncertainty what to speak about with her. Seeing Hotwheels caused her mind to go back to Enka once again. Emiho had no desire to go back to the Ida family's Hero Agency. At least not until she's had a chance to confront Enka. In regards to the others, they were all intimidating presences as well. But she had already made up her mind and Yozoru speaking up to Snake Eyes drew her attention back to the one she wanted to train under. Channeling the confidence from the people in the room, "Ms. Snake Eyes, my name is Katล Emiho. I'm requesting to work under you for my internship. I HAVE to become stronger than I am."

The eerie hero showed up late to the festivities of the day, but this was quite typical for him. Dressed in a dark suit which was a tad larger than it should be, the number nine pillar found a wall which no one was watching to lean against as he wondered who of these prospective heroes would choose the less glamourous style of heroing which he lived in. His eyes quickly stuck to a few he knew would be well suited for working from the shadows.

The near-constant light which usually sparkled around Emiho had the occasional ugly splotches of darkness that couldn't be seen through. All of the emotions flowing around within the room and the few she could feel through the walls did not mix well with her own thoughts. Nearly everyone had some level of fear no matter how minuscule as the status quo was now torn to shreds with the death of Zeal and thousands of other heroes. The emotions she expected to feel from Hasaki weren't there. The level of anger she thought would be permeating from her class didn't exist either. Everyone was either just hurt or sad or just apathetic to the whole thing. Emiho could feel all the emotions rushing in and she wanted to be angry. That's what she wanted but just couldn't. Not even when she had been all alone to burn off all of the excess emotions could she feel angry. Emiho couldn't do it. Her mind was cluttered with questions that had no answers. What had gone wrong? Why did Enka betray them? Why did he turn to villainy? Could she have done anything to stop it?

But on the train of education continued. Thousands of people had died, and supposedly a civil war was brewing but what did their studies care about that? Even though they were gathered among their fellow classmates this school day was not typical by any means. The students had seemingly been left to their own devices and despite the school likely not wanting them to, Sasuke had convinced the students of classes 2A and 2B to gather together and watch the Hero Billboard Conference. She really had no idea why she even agreed to join. Maybe she had wanted to no longer be hiding away in her room. Maybe she just wanted everyone else's emotions to override her own faulty and failing feelings. The young hero half-heartedly watched the live stream for the most part. But for some reason, the words from the fourth pillar, Snake-Eyes, grabbed her attention. Speaking of how the next generation needed to be better. How they should all seek to be stronger than the late number one, Zeal. It caused a bud of desire and inspiration to plant itself in her being.

For so long she had been meandering and stagnating in her growth while her classmates continued to grow and become stronger. Then her mind went to Enka. He was supposed to be among that next generation. He was a villain now, and this society had no qualms about killing villains with no recompense. For some reason, the idea of him dying before answering her questions was worse than the fact that he had betrayed them in the first place. No, she needed to grow stronger. Just like Snake-Eyes had said it would be a new generation that the world needed, and as Emiho felt the levels of determination waft in from her classmates, she used it to fuel her own determination and the pieces of darkness faded from around her.

This is when Sasuke spoke up and made things worse. The way he spoke about Class A and Enka didn't sit right with her at all. But based on the emotions from him it didn't fully line up but that was typical with Sasuke. Thankfully, before she could speak her peace, Shinon spoke up putting everything Emiho had swirling in her head into much better words than she could have. Except for the detail about Keiji. She had nothing against him but it felt just wrong to her for someone else to be in Enka's place. Emiho took in a slow breath and exhaled a sad sigh visible with a slight shift of darkness around her mouth but as her other- well only best friend now, approached her she quickly shifted gears to the positive emotions. Emiho took a moment to think before looking at her friend, "I think I do know, Yuki-Chan. I'd love it if you joined."

As the rest of the second years either made their stance known based on what Sasuke said or merely brushing his comments off as casual banter, Emiho felt her own confidence grow. That was one of the many good things that came from being a student here. Some may be more like her but many had confidence in spades and that certainly tended to have an interesting effect on her. With the exuding confidence emitting from her, Emiho stood and walked towards the door before turning to Sasuke, "Kishimoto-Kun, I agree with what you said. Class A is troublesome. En-*cough* Uhm, someone from our class betrayed society as a whole. We know that better than anyone. A hero should be able to know when someone is in turmoil. I refuse to believe he was always like that. As a class, we failed as heroes. We failed this school. And we failed him whatever happened. I usually agree with what you say, but there's a major part of your decree I disagree with. If anything, what you just said would make you not fit to be a leader. A leader doesn't put down or degrade their allies. A leader doesn't blame others when they themselves could do no better. A leader has humility and the drive to make everyone around them better. Not through sharp and cutting words. But highlights their weaknesses and guides them towards being better. But nonetheless, I agree. Unless something unordinary happens you will be Student Council President. But don't expect putting people down will cause them to rise higher. Give them some charcoal and kindling to help stoke the flame in their hearts."

As soon as she finished speaking though, Emiho felt her head spin slightly as throughout her own soliloquy she had happened to use up every last bit of stored confidence in her system. She felt a rush of emotion flooding into the empty space from just beyond the door. Something outside was causing many passing students to shirk away or scurry past in fear. Emiho felt that and was very intimidated. Both by that and the fact she had just said all of that out loud in front of everyone. You know what? Screw the benefit of feeling uber-confident at this school, she had to get away. With the sparkling light fading to a crisp small shadow Emiho raced towards opening the door hoping her choice to speak didn't make anyone mad or upset. Hopefully, Shinon would still follow her. She'd explain better what she meant to her and beg for her help in apologizing. She was always much better at interacting with all these big personalities. "S-s-sorry!" And out the open door, she fled. Unfortunately, that led her right to the source of the encroaching fear from the hallway. The number four-pillar was right in front of her. Emiho felt her eyes bug out as they slowly went towards a darker shade. Opening her mouth she found no words.

Hopefully, everything works. I may have forgotten to add or remove something. Unsure.
