Allie held tightly on to Edward's hand, making sure to keep pace with him. "He's right, Ikumi. Who turned you?"
Allie slowly moved to stand behind Edward, her fingers curling around his. "Thank you...Grimm," she recalled his name from seeing him around the school. "We're going to stay out of your way. I promise."
Getting Ikumi out the back door, Allie came back for a moment, wrapping her arms around Edward's neck and kissing him fiercely. "Stay safe, okay?" She gently caressed the side of his face and hurried to join Ikumi.
Allie slipped on her ring, hugging Ikumi tightly and shutting her eyes. "It's alright, it's alright. I'm not upset with you for what you did. It wasn't your fault. But I know how bad you feel. I turned Edward," she said softly.
Allie grumbled and kissed him back, gently bonking him upside his head. "Let me know if you start sparkling, Edward," she teased. She sat with her legs crossed and waited for him to return.
When they got to the basement, Allie held him and stroked the back of his head. "It's going to be okay, I promise. Just hold it in for a few hours. I'll figure something out." Her mind was turning over every possibility. The only one she could think of was waiting the day out and seeking Ikumi. She'd know what to do, hopefully. "I'll help you get through this."
Allie blushed and squeezed his hand. "Thank you. You sure do look nice yourself." She blushed even harder. This relationship thing was new to her. Like, reeallyy new. She didn't even think he had liked her that way until recently. Well, maybe a little. But not that much. "I don't know. Somewhere inside, but away from people. I want to act as humanly as I possibly can."
Allie spoke as she got changed, shaking her head. "It's not Ikumi's fault. She was changed against her will. We can't blame her." When she got finished changing, she put her hands on Edward's shoulders. "I really screwed you up pretty bad, didn't I. My sweet Edward's getting a little hostile." She frowned a bit, wondering if it was just temporary, or if she had messed up his personality for good. "And I'm not sure if we can go directly into the sun or not."
Allie kissed Edward back, wrapping her arms around him and crying. "I can't believe you can even look at me after what I did to you." She looked at the ground, still rather disgusted with herself. "I turned you into a monster. I hope you'll be able to forgive me one day."
Allie laid against his chest until he left. When he was gone, she got up and washed her face and neck, removing the blood. Sniffling, she sat on the ground, her knees to her chest and her head tucked between them, arms around herself. She rocked a little, not sure what to do with the thoughts racing through her skull.
