"Well, you smell nice," Allie complemented, letting Lee's sarcasm and foolishness roll right off of her. "Did you guys enjoy yourself yesterday? I sure did."
Allie woke up to the sound of her alarm. She was more excited to go to school than she was yesterday. She had friends now. Smiling at that thought, she quickly got ready and made her way to the school. When she got there, she waved at everyone, then sat next to Virgil on the bench. "Hey, guys." She sniffed the air and then looked right at Lee. "Did you lather yourself in chocolate or something?"
@Letmehaveone2, your posts are showing up. I just posted a few minutes ago. Can you see it? Because I can't.
Allie waved at them. "Thanks for the ride, Kevin! Goodbye guys! See you tomorrow!" She smiled and walked inside of her home, showering and getting ready for bed. Once she was done, she laid down in her bed and immediately fell asleep, exhausted from the long day.
Allie stopped Kevin once he was right over her house. "You can let me down right there." She pointed to a one-story house made of dark, wooden logs.
Allie hopped on after him. She gave Kevin directions and patted his head. "Thanks, Kevin. I really should get my license. And a car."
Allie smiled. "I had a great time as well. I can't believe I've only known you for a day," she laughed. "Well, I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow, then. I hope Kevin's still giving out rides, because I have no way to get home."
Allie smiled at Virgil every time he looked to make sure she was still there. "I'm not going to leave you," she promised, squeezing his shoulder. She laughed as they navigated the traps and tricks of the fun house, keeping her balance by keeping a tight but not uncomfortable hold on him.
Allie laughed. "Oh, the only thing I'm scared of is falling. Moving floors and I don't mix well. Let's give it a go though!" She drew herself closer to him, staring at the floor suspiciously.
