Range? Though, I think this is fine.. but, paralysis the left side of the body? Do you happen to mean left the body paralyzed?

This can only be used once per post. So after the first post, he has to wait until the third post.
ok, cooldown is enough, but...return it five times faster? Physical based projectiles will be much much more lethal. And, uh, what do you mean with "Projectiles that are higher then level 4 can't be deflected and this is worth noting." ?
Electro Wave: Scion throws three horizontal waves of electricity at his opponent each one five times faster then the last one. The first one, 10 mph the second one 15, and the last one 20. The last one will the right side of the opponents body for 20 secs
How wide is the wave? Also, full body paralysis? Your description about it is rather vague to me.
Ok, the increase is not five times faster....Let's see, make it so that he'll have to charge/concentrate for one post for every other wave or faster wave he want to do. So, if he uses it directly without charge (first post), then he can send out a 10 mph shockwave that numbs for 20 seconds(?), if he uses the first post to charge, then unleashes it in the second post, then you can make it so that he can release one single wave with 15/20 mph speed or 2 waves with 10 mph speed each.
