A'lythana trailed the group, using the small crowd to her advantage and hiding in plain sight before watching as they entered a nearby building. After a few moments, she walked over to the building, casually leaning back against it near the door before taking off her hat. Her ears twitch a few times, happy to be out of the confines of her hat before trying to hone in on the conversation inside the building.

While eavesdropping, A'lythana wasn't particularly paying attention to those around her as she was more focused on listening in to the conversation. As a result, she jumped a little in surprise when Lyveva seemingly appeared out of nowhere and spoke to her. Her hand flew to the handle of her rapier out of instinct, nearly drawing it before realizing just who it was that was speaking to her. Seeing that it was Lyveva, A'lythana let out a small sigh of relief, her hand falling from her rapier before she looked to the FC leader."Twelve, don't sneak up on me like that Lyveva... Anyway, I didn't find out too much other than that Tilman and Kikipu are definitely our leads to finding out who's behind this. J'torha's inside with Tilman at the moment." She replied, gesturing to the building behind her while her ears twitched again as she continued to listen in. "I'm just making sure that he won't be alone if things go sideways, you know how these 'merchant' types can be."

A'lythana pinched the bridge of her nose as she watched the spectacle her fellow Miqo'te put on, glaring at the display with the occasional twitch of her tail or ear. As much as she wanted to slap him upside the head, she couldn't deny that it was an effective move, albeit a very conspicuous one. Granted, the group hadn't exactly come up with a plan together so she couldn't be too mad. With a sigh, she turned back to the Lalafell as he spoke.

"Very well. To be quite honest I was hoping to be a bit more discreet about things but I suppose you just have to work with the cards you're dealt with. Twelve have mercy..." She glanced off towards the crowd again, taking note of where J'torha and Tilma were heading off to. "Well, I suppose I best be off. If you ever need some help with things be sure to drop by Ul'dah and ask for The Blessed Twelve." She looked back to where the Lalafell was, only to find that he had already left. In fact, he had been gone for a few moments already and she just didn't notice. "And I'm talking to myself..." She rubbed her face for a moment before letting out another sigh and heading off towards J'torha and co to shadow the group.

A'lythana took not of Fafafono's expression, though it wouldn't have taken a genius to figure out the Lalafell's disposition to the current situation. She couldn't help but wince at his last statement though, pitying Lyveva in her thoughts since Fafafono wasn't exactly wrong about the goods.

"Is that so? Well, this doesn't bode well for the Silver Bazaar's reputation. I know the place has seen better days, but this kind of activity won't be doing it any favors. Next thing you know, the Silver Bazaar will become a hub for the black market faster than you can say 'gil,' and though it would bring business, it would most likely be of the less savory kind..." The Miqo'te replied carelessly as she looked off to the crowd, discreetly looking in the corner of her eye to gauge Fafafono's reaction.

"You wouldn't have happened to have seen the leader of these so-called 'treasure hunters' have you? Maybe seen or heard of some of their 'featured goods' for this auction of theirs?" She inquired, turning towards the Lalafell and looking down at him.

A’lythana groaned as she picked herself up from the floor, taking the Hyur’s hand in front of her with a bit of color on her cheeks from being put on the spot by both Lyveva and her own clumsiness. She then looked towards a fellow Miqo’te who seemed to have found some amusement out of the spectacle she caused.

”Very. You wouldn’t believe the things I had to go through just to get these…” She replied with a sigh, thanking the Seeker as he helped with gathering her books. As she rose to put her own little stack of books onto the table, she looked to the other person helping, a Hyur, the same one which helped her up.

”It’s a bit of a long story how I ended up like this… I’m fine though, it’s all fairly minor injuries. Thank you for your help.” She replied to him, offering up a small smile before taking a seat at the table with her books.

During the carriage ride, A’lythana took a moment to patch herself up with a bit of magic before she pulled out one of her new books to read and completely tuned out everything around her. Once the carriage halted, A’lythana glanced up from her book and took note of her surroundings before stashing her book away into a pouch at her hip and following the others off. It had been a while since she had last visited the hamlet and it certainly looked better than she last remembered with all the merchants about. She heard from her mentor that the place used to be a popular point of trade and even fishing before Dalamud fell, and with it, the Silver Bazaar.

Once off the carriage, she looked over to Lyveva with a bit of worry upon seeing how pale she was. She was about to reach for a potion to give the woman before she spoke up, seeming to recover enough to at least address the group. She crossed her arms across her chest, left hand taking her chin as she worked through her course of action. Before she could decide however, her train of thought was interrupted as Lyveva panicked and ran off to try and save what she could of the guild’s belongings.

Seeing that some of the others decided that they would make their way towards the port, she decided she would look into acquiring some more help, just in case the deed to the property ended up on the auction block. With that, the Miqo’te donned her crimson chapeau and made her way over to the blue-haired Lalafell known as Fafafono.

“It’s not often a crowd of this size gathers in the Silver Bazaar is it?” She spoke casually, glancing over to the crowd in question.

The main door to the Quicksand slams open as a Miqo'te in red makes her way inside the establishment with an armful of books. At first glance, she would look like any other person who spent their day in the Ul'dahn heat, tired and sweaty. However, upon further inspection, one would notice that her hair was quite disheveled, her clothes caked here and there with dirt and dust, and a couple of what look to be scratch marks among a few fresh bruises.

"Sorry I'm late! I uh... I had a bit of a situation to deal with. It's not too late to join is it?"

A'lythana asked after finally getting a moment to catch her breath. The Miqo'te then began to slowly make her way over to an empty table, looking forward to setting down all the books she had in her arms. Unfortunately for her though, this would not be the end of her troubles as she unknowingly steps on an empty flagon that was left on the floor. Among some of the onlookers, she could make out various expressions of shock, horror, pity, and the all too familiar expression of someone just waiting for the inevitable, as she seemingly fell in slow-motion with various works of literature cascading down to the floor all around her. For those around her that were less dramatic, they would have simply seen her knocked off balance by the flagon before ungracefully falling to the floor with a high pitched squeak, all of her books following suit with the last one directly hitting her head and eliciting a groan from the woman.

"Owwwww...."
