Bio

Hello Hello!!

I'm here on weekends to put aside adulting and get a little more story in my life.

Adventure, well developed characters, stories that can take years to write, with lots of back and forth between us, that is how I role-play. I fall into the casual category when it comes to post length.

No Smut.

I also exclude frequent foul language, horrific gore, and mature romantic content.

I firmly believe that stuff is unnecessary. Let's keep the fight scenes PG-13 at worst. I write no worse than I read, my favorite books being Lord of the Rings, Pride and Prejudice, and Sherlock Holmes.

I'm always in the mood for not modern. I love steampunk, medieval curses, fantasy adventures or a nice spaceship.

He could hear Angel was gaining on him. Andrew cast a sideways glance at her, was this an attack or something else? His foot landed on the second apple and he fell down the last few steps. He started scrambling to get up, but pushing off the ground sent shooting pain through arms and ribs. He turned to look at Angel, did he need to get up before she got to him to finish him off?
He looked at Angel. Andrew turned his head slightly to watch the apple picking up bruises as it plunked down the stairs. There was an awkward moment of hesitation before he moved away from her, hurrying down the stairs.

"I'll get you another one." He called before she could protest.
Andrew didn't hear her coming. He rounded the curve of the staircase and nearly leapt out of his skin to suddenly see Angel coming his direction.

"Good morning. H-how" his voice was coming out higher than udual. He cleared his throat. "How are you this morning?"

He looked her up and down, wondering if apples were the only thing she'd picked up in the kitchen or if she'd found her weapons as well. If she was up and moving he needed to be ready to run the other direction. His fingers squeezed into the tidy rolls of cotton he carried.
Andrew sat down at the table and began reading one passage after another. Some of the books he set aside in a growing pile of information useless in the current circumstance.

He did however find encouragement that keeping his skin from drying might ease some of his discomfort - though his situation was exponentially greater than those mentioned in the book. He went to gather some cloth scraps from a closet downstairs and made his way into the kitchen, expecting nothing out of the ordinary.
Andrew heard the thud from the library down the hall. He looked in the direction of the noise but didn't move toward it. He was making a pile of books for himself about anything that might help him bear his itching or break a curse. Too bad there wasn't a book about what to do with a fierce and devastated woman like the one he now has on his hands.
Andrew pulled out and closed the door. He had no idea what to do with her, and didn't feel like being nice. He'd leave her alone then, at least he wouldn't make anything worse that way he justified himself.
When Andrew tired of waiting he went back to the kitchen and made himself breakfast. He was not feeling overly hospitable and decided he would not make her breakfast before she was up. Why bother? He went back to the hallway and listened at her door, it was quiet. He cracked it open to see if she was still asleep.
Andrew woke in a foul mood. He found an orange in the kitchen and sat in the hallway outside Angel's door waiting for her next appearance. He peeled off one large flake of orange peel after another, piling them on the narrow side table and shifting his feet. It was not a comfortable chair, that must be why it sat here in the hallway mostly for decoration, taking up space.
Andrew stretched out in bed his eyes roaming over the faint lines in the ceiling above him. What was going to happen with Angel tomorrow? His eyes grew heavy and closed in the long restless wait for dawn.
"I'll let you get some sleep. I know humans need plenty of rest." He said heading for the door again to close it behind him.

What a day it had been. He'd need rest too before facing whatever would come next.
