@Earnest Evans - That seems like an important detail. Even just adopting a family to keep them safe or something seems like a big deal. His back story in general just seems to be lacking though... what is the Marquis? Why did he feel the need to protect people? I just don't see any major motivation or character in what he's doing or why he's doing it.

I think she's just replicating Hunter x Hunter, Killua's technique. It's only really based on making very specific movements to leave after images and confuse people. More or less an advanced clone technique.
