Update: Due to the fact that Merlin can already create and manipulate the four classical elements, Rain's ability to manipulate wind felt redundant and therefore, (per the permission and revision of Jan), his power has been changed to intangibility to add more diversity to the overall powersets of the cast and potential story involvement.

Additionally, his background has been changed slightly to reflect this, along with his dream and nightmare sequence.
