Athalia Academy: Season Two - Finding Bael

Alistair both liked and didn't like the position he was in. Cyber was an attractive girl, unfortunately his back was revolting. he thought through the pain "it's odd, technically this body's not real and yet it still hurts, interesting" he carefully spun the dial and groaned when it landed on right hand green. he looked around them at the board and had to make a decision, reach his hand forward and put it in front of cyber's or bring it back behind her foot. he decided on forward, he had to stretch but he placed most of his hand on the spot and prayed that it was enough, he was squeezed even closer to Cyber now and could feel the ghost of a blush coming on, "uh, your turn" he muttered.

Alluria kind of felt like she had just signed an un-breakable contract and she hadn't read the fine print but still she nodded. she took a few steps away from him and admired the weapon, she hadn't really been all the good with swords, she'd had to use them on a few odd occasions, as odd things had just seemed attracted to her, probably because of the witch. she tried to figure out what he meant by the blade being a whip and a sword. her hands stealthily searched the handle and came across a well-hidden switch, she flicked it and nothing happened, her hands searched the handle again, nothing, she sighed and dropped her hand, still holding the blade, to her side, there was a click and a slight scrap, she looked down and saw that the blade had collapsed into multiple pieces, very similar to a whip, she raised it and carefully lifted a piece, it was quite sharp she got a small cut on her finger "huh" she found the switch with her finger again and flicked it, she flicked the whip-sword and it came back together. she smiled and looked up at Mathias, she as suddenly looking forward to this.

Alistair was definitely on the verge of falling but despite that he still spun the dial (with the hand that had been under Cyber). he chuckled dryly as it landed on left hand red. he carefully returned his hand and shifted the other one, having to cross his arms over Cyber's head. his back bent at an odd angle to accomplish the task. his breath was a bit ragged and fast but he still managed a smile at Cyber their heads weren't far from each other at this point. he got out "your turn"

Alluria was breathing hard but she saw the impressed look on his face when he said she had in fact passed. she straightened and took a few deep slow breaths as he stepped over the creature, clapping. she chuckled "under-appreciated ain't the half of it, I've deterred full on mobsters with this thing, as well as a lion, though i will admit this is the first time I've killed anything with it" she watched him walk to the sword and return to her explaining something about monster hunters and how everyone there is one "you know that sounds insane right? or it would be if i hadn't just killed some monster" she took a few more deep breaths, staring at the sword in his hand, she liked the look of it, she wasn't sure why, without even realizing it she had reached her hand out, she stopped with her hand hovering above it, this was a huge decision, after a few second she gently lay her hand on the sword's handle and lifted it out of his hands, looking up, her actions speaking louder then words.

The yelling hurt rae's ears but she felt like muse had to get it out, so she didn't say anything. She looked at books with a sad expression. Then returned her attention to Muse when he turned from Callum. She wasn't good at comforting people so she didn't know what to do. Muse looked so sad. She almost stopped Callum from leaving but she wasn't sure anything she could say would stop him so she looked away. "Muse? Are we going to head for the forest?" she knew her voice would be really quiet.

Alluria didn't know what the hell a 'ghoul' was, but she was pretty sure it wasn't going to serve her tea, when it shot for her she reacted immediately and her whip shot out to wrap around the creature's arm. she pulled and it sent the 'ghoul' tumbling to the side, it didn't send him far but it gave her long enough to catch herself and figure out what they hell was going on. she figured it was some kind of test. Why?! she cursed in her mind i never said i wanted to be a monster hunter or whatever the hell they are. she decided the only way she would get out of this alive was to deal with the thing so she steeled herself and sent the whip straight for the thing's head. it didn't do much, the creature was standing up again. she had to figure out what the thing's weakness was, a whip wasn't a particularly strong weapon but if she kept at it the thing really didn't look that strong. she flicked the whip at the thing's ankle and pulled with enough force she heard a crack. the creature let out a horrid sound, but now she knew how to defeat, she wasn't happy about it but she knew. she flicked the whip out and it coiled around the thing's throat, she shot forward, planted a foot on the thing's chest and grabbed the end of the whip in one motion and yanked with all her might while pushing the creature back with her foot, she heard a sickening crack and it went limp. she released the whip and the creature slid out of it's grasp and to the floor, dead. she looked at Mathias, panting a little "did i pass?"

he looked her over she appeared to be in pain but she told him to go so he did, carefully reaching over her and spinning it, it landed on right hand and blue. he chuckled and lowered his head for a few seconds then carefully leaned slightly closer to her and put his hand on the blue spot directly below her chest "sorry" he whispered. shifting slightly to try and make her a bit more comfortable but there wasn't much he could do. his back as bent at a little bit of an odd angle and his wings were fluttering to try and keep him upright, he nodded to her with a slightly strained look on his face "your turn, Cyber"

Alistair chuckled as she went under him to reach her next spot, she seemed to be having a little trouble but she still appeared to be having fun. he reached over and spun the thing. with a huge grin on his face as it landed on red and right foot, which forced him to go over Cyber, which was difficult as she was actually taller then him, not by a lot but enough to make it that he was very very ... very ( ;) ) close to her. he grinned down at her and said "your turn"
