I wouldn't be annoyed if you implemented new rules to handle the scaling of newcomers, as long as that fits in with what you guys feel would be best for the RP overall.

I think the gyrados and the sylveon are like the only evolved pokemon in the entire campaign? I dunno? XD

:D I responded.
And yeah. That picture basically inspired the character, and then I built this setting up around him.
I just wanted a world where a typhlosion could stick people with a sword and it wouldn't be weird.

Evolution basically occurs when a pokemon is... ready. When they're mature. So basically, it happens similar to the way it would happen in the anime. It just doesn't necessarily have to involve fighting and combat.

You don't have to have a picture, no. I just like pictures, so you'll be seeing a lot of them. :P.
