Well, Ellesian and Alatus are going to be together usually, which will make things easier in that regard. There might be specific instances in which my posts will resemble a miniature novel if Ellesian and Alatus have to separate, but Alatus is very much a "support" character, there to enhance and help Ellesian along (or to carry out her really crazy demands).

I think I can handle it. Or if you feel like you'd really like to try King, I'll step down with Casperia (it was very fun writing him out though haha he's sorta huggable in a way? He's the first male I've written out before).

If Savi confirms my King, then each kingdom will have at least one ruler unless somebody else would like to play one. Raphael and Michael are tied for the least amount of people playing characters in them (since I have Ellesian and Alatus as my two). There seems to be a severe lack of servants and maids (Celeste in Lucifer is the only one), as well as Princes throughout all the Kingdoms (with Sariel being the only one).

-His swordplay is impressive, though perhaps not the best in the Kingdom, he comes close to the top. He specializes in a hand-and-a-half sword-style, meaning he can either wield a shield and his favored sword, or he can use both hands on the hilt for extra power and dexterity.

Small biography:
In the line of royalty for the Kingdom of Michael, there were two Princes older than Casper. The eldest, the Prince-Heir, was the poster-child of "what a Prince should be". The second eldest was the perfect Knight, always defending the Prince-Heir in all matters and preparing for his time to become the Duke of Michael (in other-words, second-in-command). This left little room for Casper to get involved in affairs of politics and economics, though Casper possessed a mind more brilliant than his older brothers in such matters. They quenched his potential for greatness for fear of sibling rivalry and warring among Casper and his older brothers.

Because of his forced absence from anything of actual importance in the affairs of Michael, he had time, almost too much time, to think over and analyze his situation. Though young, he realized he could be easily expendable at the flick of a wrist from his brothers. An ambassador to a hostile Kingdom, perhaps? Or, sent to fight in a territory-war with Raphael, should they decide to impede on the lands of Michael more? He hated his lot. Expendable was not a word that he was proud to associate with himself, but expendable he was. He made sure to train himself in the ways of swordplay and combat strategy, though he was forbade to.

His only saving grace was his younger adopted sister, Lianne, who he formed a bond with over the years. Lia and him were both scorned and scoffed by the Prince-Heir and second Prince. Casper had to stop many pranks against Lia by the older Princes, who wanted to test how far they could push or hurt Lia before she would reveal her true demonic form. Casper ended up taking most of the abuse from the Princes when he got in their way, but he was willing to take whatever they would throw at him. He refused to see Lia's innocent nature spoiled by the likes of them.

When the Queen and King were assassinated on that fateful day, his world changed dramatically. The Prince-Heir and second Prince went to arms in a fit of vengeance, to show that the royalty of Michael would not sit quietly while Gabriel killed them off. They gathered up troops and set way without much forethought or planning, and tragedy struck. Their entire battalion was ambushed by rebels within the Kingdom of Michael, who were willing to destroy the royal line there and then for their cause. The Prince-Heir was lost in that ambush, while the second Prince returned with a significantly smaller number of men, nearly all of which who were injured or dying. The second Prince, though, appeared relatively unscathed despite some scrapes and bruises.

The nobility of Michael heralded the second Prince as a war hero who deserved to be coronated as King as soon as they could fit a crown to his brow. Casper seemed to be the only one who thought it suspicious that the second Prince, who was supposed to be the devout protector and Knight of the eldest Prince, was alive. The Prince-Heir's protection was the sworn duty of the second Prince, so how come he appeared unharmed?

The truth came when Casper eavesdropped on a couple of Knights who were loyal to the second Prince. They had staged the attack, using people from the farm lands who they forcibly indentured into an army with the intent to kill the Prince-Heir. Those loyal to the second Prince turned on their unknowing comrades and killed them, all so that the second Prince could be the next King. What ended up driving Casper into a fury was not the betrayal of his eldest brother, but what the Knights laughed and joked about next.

The second Prince was going to publicly execute Princess Lianne as the traitor working with Gabriel. She was going to be crucified and placed at the top of the main-gate of the castle, so that all could see what happened to demon wenches who didn't know their place.

Casper practically flew across the castle in his haste. He would not see Lia hurt. He would not! When Casper arrived in the second Prince's chambers, he didn't fully realize what he was doing until he had beheaded his older brother and his brother's lifeless body fell to the ground at his feet. He felt no pity, or remorse. All he could do was laugh in relief. The immediate threat to Lia was eradicated! All he had to do now was become King in order to ensure her safety.

The next few days were a blur, in which Casper ended up winning over the nobles after extricating the confessions from the Knights loyal to the second Prince. The battle was hard, but the evidence against the second Prince was piled too high and was too concrete for them to argue against. He had a fair number of people amongst the army and nobility who were, if not loyal, amiable to his cause.

In the month after, he was coronated King of Michael and all of the plots between his older brothers were swept underneath the proverbial rug, never to be spoken of. He made sure that all the Knights who knew of Lianne's planned execution by the second Prince were "taken care of", either by an armed robber, poison in their food and drink, or by swearing their allegiance devotedly to him. He hoped that his younger sister would never learn of the darkness in the world that was ready to swallow her up, given the chance.

Though the people of Michael never paid much attention to him in the past while his older brothers lived, they pay attention now. In his rule, he has made many decisions to improve the defense of Michael. He has secured trade routes between smaller neighboring Kingdoms, and has improved the quality of life for his subjects.

Across his back and chest he has many scars from the times that he would stop his brothers from harming Lia.

As he grew older, his personality grew more twisted, more than likely cultivated from the abuse of his brothers against him. He unconditionally hates every male to come into his sight, and gaining his trust is extremely hard if you are male. However, he tends to have a fondness for females (with an extreme bias for Lia). He is gentle-spoken and sincere towards females, which is a complete contrast to his brusque way with men.

I'd make sure that I didn't godmode, etc. I've had a character in mind as a king for Michael.

It would really depend on whoever wanted to become King/Queen and whoever was already a King/Queen. Their stories would have to mesh pretty well, so a lot of cooperation would be required.

Why not have one ruler for each kingdom at the start (looks like we have three Queens thusfar and the mysterious King of Lucifer in Furnia's story to complete the Lucifer rulership). During the RP should any romance come up with one of the rulers, the character that they decide to marry/be involved with could become the "High Consort/King/Queen"?

Another thing we could do to curve the amount of people needed, is to limit all of the kingdoms to one Prince or Princess, as well as limiting it to one Knight, one Bishop and two warriors per kingdom? Might help expedite the process?

Maybe you could open portals and from them call upon the Cosmos to create beams of energy to pierce through lines of foes? (maybe up to three portals in different areas, so three beams of light you could triangulate differently depending on what you wanted to attack), or you could work with gravity magic to crush or lift up things?

Small biography:
Ellesian is the eldest child of the late King and Queen of Raphael, and was raised diligently as the Princess-Heir to the throne for her entire life. The amount of responsibility and pressure put upon her caused her to flee from her duties during her childhood years, racing into the gardens and libraries of the palace for refuge from the stress. When the servants would find her they would take her to her mother, who would punish Ellesian severely for shirking in her duties. The late Queen was always sickly, but demanded excellence of Ellesian - no matter what. When the Queen passed away during Ellesian's teenage years, Ellesian decided to honor her mother's memory by devotedly studying and becoming an exemplary Princess-Heir.

In contrast, her favorite person was her father, the late King, who was always doting on Ellesian. He would talk to her of working together towards peace and tranquility between the three Kingdoms. She learned to appreciate and share many of her father's ideals, and revered him as a hero. However, when the King of Raphael was ousted as a liar and backstabber by the other two major Kingdoms, Ellesian was confused and shocked. Why had the other Kingdoms declared her kind father as such? The astounding amount of scorn and contempt not only by those foreign sovereigns, but by the people of Raphael, proved to Ellesian the cruel and harsh nature of reality: being kind did not pay off.

Before her ascension to the throne, people would have called her gentle and kind, perhaps even delicate and angel-like in her demeanor, but now they call her fierce and relentless in her rule. She abides by her own sense of justice, and is harsh in her judgement to those she considers to have done wrong. She is driven by a deep desire for vengeance against those who have wronged her father.

Every day is another step on Ellesian's path to getting what she desires, and woe to those who stand in her way.



She is usually seen carrying her royal scepter around the palace, which she has dubbed Eirenarch. This scepter has been Blessed by the same angel who Blessed her originally, though only her closest confidants know of this - all else just assume it is ordinary. Secretly, the scepter is a uniquely crafted crossbow that folds in on itself for easy carrying. When folded, it appears as a typical scepter, elegant and simple in it's decoration with a single large emerald decorating tip and feathery engravings spanning the length of the rod. To unfold it, she activates her Mark, which allows the bow to unfurl and spread open. In it's unfolded state, it appears as an ornate crossbow with stormy grey feathers adorning it, and the emerald sits at the head of the bow.

Eirenarch's ability is to reload without much effort on Ellesian's part, though she still has to place the arrow in properly and aim. Without the aid of the Blessing, it would take all of Ellesian's physical capabilities to crank the crossbow for re-firing.

Her Mark is usually hidden, but when using her powers it springs forth. The Mark bestowed upon her changes a portion of her hair into three ravens (see picture), who all call forth prayers and holy songs as if lamenting something precious. Their song is unearthly in it's beauty, and doesn't seem to overpower any other sound while still being wholly present to those in Ellesian's vicinity. She can use these ravens to enhance the reality of her illusions, as they mimic the sounds of anything she has heard before - however, if she has not heard it, she cannot invoke the ravens' mimicry.

Alatus Bishop of Raphael

"Justice is not always roses and rainbows, or black and white - nor does justice always meet those beings that deserve it. We mean to see that all receive their penance."

Abilities:
-(activated power): Illusions (Able to create complex illusions of everything but demons and cursed humans. If the illusion is bursting with too much information, however, the illusion will be fragmented and poor. Alatus' specialty is focusing on one concept at a time, making it seem all too real to those viewing. These illusions are typically used to comfort instead of harm, but Alatus knows when they may befuddle their foes justly)

-(passive power): Communication (Able to communicate with the spirit in living beings, regardless of language or voice. It works just as well on beasts as it does on humans and other angels (but not demons or cursed humans). This ability lets Alatus communicate with those it desires from afar, up to around ten miles (16 kilometers). The farther away Alatus is from it's target, the weaker the signal gets)

Alatus makes use of twin epees in melee combat, dual-wielding them effortlessly, as if the weapons were born into it's hands.

Small biography:
Alatus prefers not to discuss it's past beyond that it was once a Battle-Mage in service to a Kingdom. What can be wrought from it's close-mouthedness is that it failed in it's duty to protect something important to it, and is now seeking redemption through aiding Ellesian in her quest.

When it found Ellesian, she was newly coronated and having a difficult time adjusting to ruling. Despite all of Ellesian's shortcomings at the time, Alatus saw something very important in the newling Queen, and decided to Bless her with it's power of Illusion. In addition to Blessing Ellesian, Alatus also Blessed Ellesian's royal scepter, Eirenarch, so that it could protect Ellesian when Alatus could not.

Alatus has a very peculiar personality, and will use terms of endearment like "honey", "sweetie", or (oddest of all), "chickpea" for those it is fond of. It is very huggy and touchy with people as well, even in situations where it will get in trouble for doing so. Alatus is usually all cuddle and no bite, but should you be unfortunate enough to get on it's bad side by harming Ellesian or provoking it with atrocious acts, Alatus is a fierce enemy.




Alatus is very androgynous in it's appearance and voice, allowing none to clearly determine if they are male or female. They will typically not refer to themselves as a gender, and have been known to refer to themselves as "we" on a pretty regular basis.

Lucian Servant of Gabriel

"You're more beautiful in person than in memories... and I've done nothing except try to remember you all of my life."

Role and Kingdom: Servant of Gabriel
Abilities:
-Ice Make (He's been blessed with the ability to create ice from the water vapors in the air, which he then uses to create objects out of ice. These objects vary from the ability to create ice along floors, ice walls, ice shields, ice javelins, the possibilities are only limited by his imaginings and reaction times.)
-He's an all-around fighter, mastering in no particular field but having the knowledge and flexibility to get by in varied situations. He will typically use the environment to his advantage.

Small biography:
Memories.

His earliest memories include her face, a face so alike his that he sometimes wondered growing up, "Was she real?" He knew she was precious, if she were. Something about her was dazzling and mysterious to him, and he managed to feel lonely every time he thought of that distant memory. Every time he began to lament, he took up easel and brush and would paint portraits of what he remembered. Ice-blue eyes, so unique in their coloration, snow white hair to mirror his own, her slightly cocked smile beneath her small, pretty nose. As the years came and went, his mind's eye grew ever more cloudy. His paintings, starting with the most rudimentary scribbles he had as a young child, and finishing with his most recent works, were the only solid things he had to prove that she did exist.

My extremely important person.

His life was a blur for a good while, he supposed he may have been in shock for a portion of his childhood. He vaguely remembered the smell of baked goods and the sound of noisy patrons. Perhaps he lived in an inn as a child? All he could clearly remember was delicious bread and a quaint park where he would wile away his time drawing her face with charcoal on the pavement, and the calming sounds of a nearby babbling brook.

Where are you now?

His memories began to solidify when his mother found them refuge within the estate of an angel named Lord Ambrus. He remembered whisperings and side-ways glances from many of the people living there. For months, possibly years, those damned whisperings were an occurrence in his life. Why did they look at him like that? His mother had found somebody who would love and take care of her. She had found him a father, as well. Why should they be ashamed of wanting normalcy in their lives?

Memories fade, lives falter, the past... is in the past.

Lucian knew very clearly where his station lay as he experienced life under the guidance of his "father", Lord Ambrus. His mother had given full reign to her husband, and the angel took to flight with the power of it. Lucian was tutored and lectured, trained and sparred, tired and bruised. He was being crafted into the perfect servant, one who would be devoutly obedient as well as saturated in the combative arts. Lord Ambrus took it upon himself to Bless Lucian during his training, so as to carefully sculpt his adopted son's use of his Ice-Make powers. His only solace during these hard years were his paintings.

His mother was drunk on love with her husband, she thought that whatever her "Lord" wanted was for the best. She very nearly packed Lucian's bags herself when she heard that her son had been accepted into the servantry of the Princess of Gabriel at the young age of eleven. Lucian would have done anything to escape the overbearance of Lord Ambrus, though he dared not tell his mother that. Her face as he left was devastating to Lucian. She had managed to quirk her lips into a quivering smile while tears streamed from her icy blue eyes as she wished him well. Lucian had forgotten that she loved him too.

Paths begin anew, though you may never know where they begin, nor where they end - your only choice is to follow along best as you can for fear of falling on the wayside.

His time in servitude to Princess Aninesse was something quite unlike his life thus far. He found her attitude charming, and more than once the Princess had stopped the older servants from trying to play pranks on him. Knowing that he probably could have handled them easily didn't change the fact of Princess Ani's efforts on the behalf of him, a simple servant.

Living there gave him more sense of freedom than he had, had ever since he was a young child, playing with charcoal on the pavement, and a feeling of accomplishment to see Princess Ani grow into a beautiful young woman - but still, he felt as if he were living with a phantom-limb. Something, someone was missing. His paintings of the girl so similar to him grew more detailed through the years, and more splendorous. He would imagine what she may look like now, slightly shorter than himself he imagined, with long flowing hair to contrast his shorter. That is, if she were real.

It was during his sixteenth year that he found her, though perhaps not the way he had imagined or hoped for. During a sunset hued in soft golds and vibrant reds she appeared on the crenelation of the castle walls, a figure shadowed deftly by the setting sun. He had only managed to see her as he painted that beautiful sunset on canvas from one of the many public balconies. His trained instincts took over and he went to meet the suspicious intruder, but what he found was shocking. The same icy blue eyes, her snow white hair streaming behind her as she lunged back in forth in fierce combat with him. His body had taken control while his mind raced a thousand miles a second. The details of their battle were locked so clearly in his memories, though he didn't understand how they came to a point where they had both stopped to recognize the other for what they were:

Somehow, miraculously, Lucian had been just as important to Luxus as she was to him. She decided to live with him in Gabriel, and his paintings have only grown more magnificent since. Though he may not know her entirely yet, he is willing to commit everything she shares securely in his memories.



From his ironed and wrinkle-free shirts, down to his well polished dress shoes, Lucian's image is immaculate. He tends to stand with a very precise, straight-backed posture, and finds it hard to slouch. He is more of an introvert than an extrovert, though he will rise to any occasion that requires his attention.
