Current So I'm not cool enough to do it, but I think a Pokemon based Nation RP would be cool. Jussayin.

Today is a day of sadness. It is the day I quit partaking of the drink of my lord and savior, Lord Coffee Bean. I shall be very grumpy for the next three weeks.

I'm all about that fantasy. I can mix it with other genres, such as sci-fi, slice of life, etc. but I generally stick to fantasy settings. As long as something supernatural or mystical is afoot, I'm interested. I generally like adventure, exploration, and conversation more than action and fighting in my roleplays as long as everyone is having a good time. I enjoy tabletop RPGs such as Dungeons & Dragons, Scion, Dungeon World, and Ryuutama.

So......

My Uncle broke his leg and I'm having to help out with his lawn mowing business for awhile. :/ I really hate doing this, but my replies will be so-so for the next week or two until I get used to being out in the heat for like 10 hours a day (yay Florida).

Freakin life man.
Yeah it seems like it's really busy for alot of people right now. I can't post today either, maybe tomorrow after I get home from work though.
Ellesian sank down into the rose scented water of the large free-standing marble claw foot tub that had been placed with care near her private balcony, which itself was veiled in vines and heavy curtains to keep out the eyes of anyone who may look up. She needn't terribly worry about such a thing really, as her balcony sat highest in the castle, but Ephraim and Alatus - especially Alatus - complained and nagged far too much for civilized men, fretting over this and that more than old ninnies tending their charges. They had this monstrosity set up so that Ellesian could bathe and watch over her favorite place: the gardens.

"I am a grown lady and the Queen, you think they'd listen JUST once when I say it'll be alright." She didn't realize she had been speaking out loud until the voice of one of her maids came from the other side of the three paneled screen that curtained her bath-tub from the rest of her washing chambers. "S-s-sorry, y-your Majesty, if I have done an-anything to of-f-f-offend." The maid stuttered over her own words nervously, causing Ellesian to give a slight roll of her eyes. All of her maids behaved as if Ellesian were going to scream "Off with her head!" if they even so much as took a breath near her. She was pleased with herself at times, for appearing so intimidating, but it did get a trifle old if it didn't do anything productive other than to make the servantry around her tremble and sputter.

Ellesian was about to send the maid away to avoid the annoyance when she heard the familiar voice of Alatus swooping in. "Oh dear me, you pretty little tizzy, why don't you go shake and bake while I attend to the Queen? We fear that you may be ruffling her feathers just a smidge. Call it a feeling from above, love!" The perky angel's words were accentuated by a light thwap and then the maid giggling and leaving the room. Knowing Alatus, it more than likely gave her a pat somewhere inappropriate. Again. Was this how an angel was supposed to behave? She wasn't sure, but she was sure that she had gotten used to it. Hopefully the maid would take it as flattery and not stir the other maids to gang up on Alatus for it's incorrigible ways.

"You know, Alatus, it's my wash chamber, my maid... would you stop saving them? They need to grow a backbone, or at the very least stop their stuttering." Ellesian's sardonic tone let Alatus know that it's Queen was not amused. She gripped the sides of the tub and raised herself out of the water, her relaxation entirely a moot point with Alatus here. She shrugged into a fluffy robe left hanging on the three-paneled screen and went to join Alatus on the other side.

The rainbow-haired angel had it's four wings wrapped around the front of it, obscuring something it was holding. A sly grin spread across it's face to accompany the oddness. It was Alatus after all, but Ellesian couldn't stop herself from asking, "What in the blazes is that you're hiding?"

In response, Alatus flared it's wings out, revealing a bouquet of flowers. "Tada, chickpea! Absolutely delectable, sent from his Majesty, King Ephraim...able. Okay, don't look at we like that honey, you couldn't do it so well either with the words we had chosen." The angel snapped it's fingers in front of it in a Z-formation and then placed that hand on it's hip. With the other hand, Alatus held out the flowers with a slightly cocked eyebrow, as if daring Ellesian to refuse them. Ellesian took the flowers and brought them to her face to hide an amused smile.

Ellesian found a vase to put the flowers in and set it on a nearby table, careful not to knock her royal scepter, Eirenarch, off. She swiped the scepter before looking back over her shoulder at the angel. "Gather the men needed for the Round Table, Alatus. First would be Valentine Reginer, I hear he has a silver tongue, which will valuable in that den of liars and backstabbers. Next would be Cain Argus, assuming Ephraim isn't already with the knight. You know what? I'll check on that situation, I don't know how Ephraim will handle that. I'm going to have some of these whimpering maids dress me, if they can manage to stop shaking in their slippers and tie a corset properly." She gave an eye-roll and shrug of her shoulders before she walked out of the washing chambers to find the aforementioned maids, leaving Alatus to it's own devices.
Alatus skipped down the arched corridors of the castle, it's white robes billowing in the breeze of the morning. "Just another day in the castle-life, just we and our Queen, and the demands she brings~" The angel said in sing-song voice timed with every skip as it looked for the knight, Valentine. It's search was not long, for it caught the shimmer of violet hair on a balcony it was approaching, and it knew it had found it's prey. In mid-skip it flapped it's four wings to catch air and land lightly on the balcony railing next to a set of doves. "Ahoy and avast, mon chéri, we bring word from the Queen, her Highness Ellesian." Alatus sat on it's haunches so it could run a finger gently down the back of one of the nearest doves. The angel cooed softly at the doves, forgetting purple-haired knight and the message it brought as it became suddenly interested in the gentle birds perching on the railing.
"You're more beautiful in person than in memories... and I've done nothing except try to remember you all of my life."

Small biography:
Memories.

His earliest memories include her face, a face so alike his that he sometimes wondered growing up, "Was she real?" He knew she was precious, if she were. Something about her was dazzling and mysterious to him, and he managed to feel lonely every time he thought of that distant memory. Every time he began to lament, he took up easel and brush and would paint portraits of what he remembered. Ice-blue eyes, so unique in their coloration, snow white hair to mirror his own, her slightly cocked smile beneath her small, pretty nose. As the years came and went, his mind's eye grew ever more cloudy. His paintings, starting with the most rudimentary scribbles he had as a young child, and finishing with his most recent works, were the only solid things he had to prove that she did exist.

My extremely important person.

His life was a blur for a good while, he supposed he may have been in shock for a portion of his childhood. He vaguely remembered the smell of baked goods and the sound of noisy patrons. Perhaps he lived in an inn as a child? All he could clearly remember was delicious bread and a quaint park where he would wile away his time drawing her face with charcoal on the pavement, and the calming sounds of a nearby babbling brook.

Where are you now?

His memories began to solidify when his mother found them refuge within the estate of an angel named Lord Ambrus. He remembered whisperings and side-ways glances from many of the people living there. For months, possibly years, those damned whisperings were an occurrence in his life. Why did they look at him like that? His mother had found somebody who would love and take care of her. She had found him a father, as well. Why should they be ashamed of wanting normalcy in their lives?

Memories fade, lives falter, the past... is in the past.

Lucian knew very clearly where his station lay as he experienced life under the guidance of his "father", Lord Ambrus. His mother had given full reign to her husband, and the angel took to flight with the power of it. Lucian was tutored and lectured, trained and sparred, tired and bruised. He was being crafted into the perfect servant, one who would be devoutly obedient as well as saturated in the combative arts. Lord Ambrus took it upon himself to Bless Lucian during his training, so as to carefully sculpt his adopted son's use of his Ice-Make powers. His only solace during these hard years were his paintings.

His mother was drunk on love with her husband, she thought that whatever her "Lord" wanted was for the best. She very nearly packed Lucian's bags herself when she heard that her son had been accepted into the servantry of the Princess of Gabriel at the young age of eleven. Lucian would have done anything to escape the overbearance of Lord Ambrus, though he dared not tell his mother that. Her face as he left was devastating to Lucian. She had managed to quirk her lips into a quivering smile while tears streamed from her icy blue eyes as she wished him well. Lucian had forgotten that she loved him too.

Paths begin anew, though you may never know where they begin, nor where they end - your only choice is to follow along best as you can for fear of falling on the wayside.

His time in servitude to Princess Aninesse was something quite unlike his life thus far. He found her attitude charming, and more than once the Princess had stopped the older servants from trying to play pranks on him. Knowing that he probably could have handled them easily didn't change the fact of Princess Ani's efforts on the behalf of him, a simple servant.

Living there gave him more sense of freedom than he had, had ever since he was a young child, playing with charcoal on the pavement, and a feeling of accomplishment to see Princess Ani grow into a beautiful young woman - but still, he felt as if he were living with a phantom-limb. Something, someone was missing. His paintings of the girl so similar to him grew more detailed through the years, and more splendorous. He would imagine what she may look like now, slightly shorter than himself he imagined, with long flowing hair to contrast his shorter. That is, if she were real.

It was during his sixteenth year that he found her, though perhaps not the way he had imagined or hoped for. During a sunset hued in soft golds and vibrant reds she appeared on the crenelation of the castle walls, a figure shadowed deftly by the setting sun. He had only managed to see her as he painted that beautiful sunset on canvas from one of the many public balconies. His trained instincts took over and he went to meet the suspicious intruder, but what he found was shocking. The same icy blue eyes, her snow white hair streaming behind her as she lunged back in forth in fierce combat with him. His body had taken control while his mind raced a thousand miles a second. The details of their battle were locked so clearly in his memories, though he didn't understand how they came to a point where they had both stopped to recognize the other for what they were:

The missing half. The phantom-limb.

Somehow, miraculously, Lucian had been just as important to Luxus as she was to him. She decided to live with him in Gabriel, and his paintings have only grown more magnificent since. Though he may not know her entirely yet, he is willing to commit everything she shares securely in his memories.

From his ironed and wrinkle-free shirts, down to his well polished dress shoes, Lucian's image is immaculate. He tends to stand with a very precise, straight-backed posture, and finds it hard to slouch. He is more of an introvert than an extrovert, though he will rise to any occasion that requires his attention.
I -willlll- be posting for Ellesian and Alatus today, I have a bit of work to take of first however. Sorry for the delays my Raphael comrades~

Nah it's fine for me, but don't expect super quick posts since I like to reread....should I be with casper now too or is he good alone?

You can definitely walk up and join Casper and Adeline, that goes for anyone in Michael to be honest.

I'm really super tired tonight, so I'm gonna post for Ellesian & Alatus in the morning. I can adapt to whatever happens, but the more that happens... the longer my post will be in the end.

I am sorry my comrades ;___________;
I tend to post rather long, I'll try to shorten it up at times but it's my writing style. I apologize if it bothers anyone, but I don't know if I can entirely change my ways ^^;
My next post will be for Ellesian and Alatus. :]

Sorry if I left anybody out of Casper's post, I tried to include everybody I thought was relevant at the time. I'm a little tired, only got about 4 hours of sleep last night.
